Nice stay, even with the power outage.
When I arrived this part of town was experiencing a power outage. The desk clerk was friendly and calm throughout this entire ordeal.
After several hours of no power, she decided to allow guests with reservations to get rooms, which was great. The power didn't get restored until 4AM the next day.
I was in town for a funeral. When I came down to check on a room key, the manager was still trying to get the machine up and running. I didn't get one until I returned that evening.
The manager and staff did the best they could under the circumstances. Everyone was help, friendly and accommodating.
The buffet breakfast was good. They provide a nice selection.
I like the addition of lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower on the wall. Real nice touch.
The room was clean and the property looked maintained.
I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Weird setup. Had to check in at Comfort Inn, but no signs saying such. Had to walk to brkfst in other bldg in the rain. TV grainy awful. But slept ok.

My fiancé and I travel a lot and we have stayed at several hotels. And this one is by far the best one we have stayed at. Clean and the staff was amazing and super nice. Only problem was there were three different building and the building we stayed at didn’t have an ice machine we had to go to the main building.

It was clean, safe and convenient. The staff are courteous and friendly. Breakfast is good. Has a great coffee machine with choice of lattes, mocha, cappacino and regular coffee.

Charleston WV stay
Staff were friendly, room was spacious, quiet, and clean. Very close to our favorite restaurants. We will rebook for next year.

The stay was good, hotel was clean, breakfast was good, this hotel is three buildings the building we had was two floors no elevator in it, wasn't bad but older/ handicapped my have issues, they clean but seem little slow we left in morning came back around 4 in afternoon nothing done yet just settled for new towels and trash cans emptied but all was good...
