Hotel was neat n amenities were ample. Free shuttle to/fro Disneyland n very close Outlet Mall. Pls note there isnt daily housekeeping service. All staff were great especially Rokhaya. Will consider staying again.

Good location for Disney land Paris it’s walkable in 15 mins or there is a free shuttle bus for part of the day. The hotel doesn’t offer room service so our beds weren’t mad or towels changed. The towel provided is thin and rough and tiny. If using the pool the shower is broken and no towels provided so you have to walk through the hotel wet with your tiny room
Towel and then can’t get dry after showering in your room.

Everything was good i like the hotel but the problem there is no room service only if you booked for 8 nights i booked for 4 night at least they should do the room service for one time

Undergoing major renovation with no heads up. Room provided was unclean, bath fixtures falling off, and in amongst a renovation section. Charged 14 euros from front desk for an adaptor because they couldn’t be bothered getting me one that’s included as part of their amenities. Evening staff much more rude than day staff

Great budget friendly option for Disney.
Room and sofa bed for 4 was spacious and comfortable, with everything you need. Very clean. Kitchenette with dishwasher. Towels etc.
Is a shuttle bus but we walked both ways with kids 11 and 7 as only 15mins.
Hotel has a pool.

Our stay was excellent!!! Love the 2 bedroom apartment with view of the lake. Disneyland was awesome! The hotel shuttle will drop and pick up at south bus terminal near 5 guys burger. The staffs at the front desk were very accommodating. Can’t wait to be back.

Room is clean and tidy. Has refrigerator and cutlery. The only down side is that there’s a connecting door between this room and the room next to mine, and even though the door is locked, the kid in the next room keeps trying to open the door at 7am, which really disturbs my sleep🥲
