DoubleTree by Hilton Boston Logan Airport Chelsea Reviews

Chelsea is not the safest part of Boston, so the hotel is not ideally located. The rooms are also old and not always clean. The amenities (pool and gym) are decent, but nothing to be excited about. Overall, I would only recommend staying here for 1 night if you need to head to the airport, as it is near Logan and offers a free shuttle.

Maintaining the service level of Double Tree Hotel, clean & comfortable but too noisy due to near to the railway.

The room was decent, and the front desk service was good. There is a shuttle bus to and from the airport and the car rental location, but you need to call to contact. Very convenient But the room soundproofing is extremely poor! I couldn't fall asleep in the middle of the night because of the noisy children; I was sleeping in the morning, and was woken up by laughter at 7 o'clock!

The hotel is a bit remote, and there are no pedestrians around at night, which seems unsafe. The hotel is OK. But the sound of the train is disturbing. The overall cost performance is average, and I probably won't go there again.

The location is a long way from the airport, and the airport shuttle was not very timely. There is a shopping mall near the hotel. Although it is not very big, it is very convenient.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the location is good, the service is warm and I am very satisfied.

The environment is average and the service is average. The breakfast is basically the same as the Hilton chain. Simple breakfast, not worth the 100 yuan or even 200 yuan increase per person.
