During the May Day holiday, I took my child on a trip. Since it was a temporary decision to go to Chengde, I booked a room on the evening of April 29. There were no parent-child rooms. I saw that there were two separate 1.35-meter single beds in the room and decided to put them together. The 2.7-meter bed was enough for a family of three (the child was about 1.4 meters). When I arrived at the hotel, I found that there were no children's products. I called the hotel front desk to ask for children's products and soon delivered special slippers, bath towels, toothbrushes, bath gel and a thin quilt for the child. They helped us put the two beds together into a huge big bed. Since there was a plan to put the bed together, I brought a small mattress and put it on the seam, which was really comfortable. The hotel gave us a bathing ticket in Rehe. My husband went there twice and said that if the room was really crowded, the bathing overnight was also an option. The hardware was good, but there were many details about the charges. The hotel also provided a heater, which made the room a lot more comfortable after 10 o'clock in the evening. People who check in later need to pay attention: the hotel does not have soap, the shower head has no rod, which means that in addition to the sun shower head, your handheld shower head can only be fixed at a height, there are no bathroom slippers but no bathroom anti-slip mat, so you can only go barefoot. Children need to pay half price for breakfast (more than 30 yuan per time). Try to get a room near the river for a better view!

Nice stay for 1 night in Chengde. Great service, free parking lots, friendly and helpful staff. Room, very clean, bright with a grand view to the river. Bathroom divided in tube/shower, toilet room and make-up space. Breakfast with a great choice of Chinese food. Just a few things related with international breakfast. The hotel is located not directly to many shops and restaurants. We took a taxi to the recommended restaurants and scenic places.

This can be said to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in Chengde. I have to design and design. The environment has an environment. The room type is also beyond expectations. It is so cool. We were warmly welcomed on checking in, and were pleasantly surprised to be given a complimentary upgrade, followed by a room with a waterfront view. The travel desk offered private English-speaking tours to various locations; we took the tour to the famed Mountain Resort 避暑山庄. Hospitality provided by the reception desk was graciously warm. All-in-all, I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone staying over, even if it were just for 1 night.

The location is good, very close to Chengde South Station, and also very close to the Summer Resort by car. I booked a superior double room. Because there were elderly people traveling with me, I asked the hotel to stay on the same floor before checking in. The hotel front desk upgraded me to a luxurious double room without saying a word. In the bed room, the sofa in the room can be pulled out to become a single bed. It is especially convenient for us traveling with two children. The room is clean and tidy, and the cleaning staff is very good. Maybe they saw children in the room and gave it to us. Disposable face towels, soaps, etc. are added; the elevator entrance on the 4th floor where you stay is right next to the gym and laundry room, with 3 washing machines and 3 dryers, which can be dried in half an hour; the most satisfying thing is the buffet breakfast. There is a wide variety of drinks, coffee, cold dishes and hot dishes, and the service is very good. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Chengde. Highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is very good. It can be reached by getting off the highway. The above-ground and underground parking lots are very convenient. There are many guests entering the hotel, but the waiters at the front desk work in an orderly manner and have a very good service attitude. The room is quite satisfactory. The staff at the Tourism Consulting Service Department are very professional and saved us a lot of money and time. The tour guide's service is very good. The building is very new and the equipment and facilities are basically complete. Service: Good service attitude. Breakfast is outsourced and is served in a restaurant in the square downstairs.
