I am not afraid of the price, but I am afraid of the product being bad."

"Excellent stay room 809! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a beautiful river view. The bed was cozy, the bedding was of good quality, and the room was quiet thanks to effective soundproofing. What stood out most was the outstanding service. The front desk staff were always smiling, welcoming, and efficient, making every interaction pleasant. The tour desk was equally helpful and readily provided useful travel information and advice. Breakfast was good, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. With its comfortable rooms, scenic views, and attentive staff, this is definitely a hotel I would recommend to self driving guest. Booking DiDi was easy to all attractions on our list but note that the Mountain Resort Scenic Area is not within walking distance. Do not miss the KangXi ceremony show which is magnificent knowing or not knowing the history."

"The carpet in the room had small stains, and upon entering, I noticed a small tear in the duvet. We were given two complimentary tickets to Rehe Bathhouse, but the attendant there was constantly pushing for additional paid services. When I complained to the bathhouse staff, they completely ignored my concerns. Only two breakfast vouchers were provided, and for our family of three with a child over 1.4m, we were forced to purchase an extra breakfast coupon for the child. I was absolutely appalled. For an 800+ RMB five-star hotel, this is utterly unacceptable. I will not be returning."

"New hotel, and the bedding and cleanliness were decent. However, the room was a bit small. I booked a business floor room, hoping it would be more spacious, but it was still tiny! The sewage smell in the room was terrible; I was so disgusted I couldn't sleep all night. The breakfast was also just mediocre. On my first day, I didn't receive any welcome fruit when checking in, but the staff member was very nice and managed to get some for me when I asked. Overall, it definitely doesn't live up to its 5-star price point; it felt more like a budget hotel. I will not be staying here again!"

"I booked a discounted room for one person, which was supposed to be the same as other rooms except for a narrow window. Why was there no hot water in the shower? Luckily it was afternoon. I contacted the front desk, and they said they'd send someone to check it right away. Half an hour passed and no one came. I called again, and a repairman finally arrived after 10 minutes. He fiddled with it for a while before getting hot water, but it wasn't much. I managed to take a quick shower. Before leaving, I told the front desk I'd complain and ask them to fix it again. Only then did they say there was a bath and sauna at the new location 200 meters away, which was included in my room booking. They didn't even tell me where the bath and sauna were when I checked in. Last time, I also booked the Ni's Haitai Resort on Ctrip, and the front desk didn't mention the included hot spring bath. We only found out after check-out that our room booking included it. The air conditioner was old; the remote didn't turn on the lights. I thought it wasn't working, so I called the front desk staff, who operated it, but it took a while to start. The hotel's location is quite good, opposite the Wulie River walkway, which is nice for a stroll in the evening. This is the main branch, which also caters to tour groups. The new branch is not far away and is larger."

"I was passing through on my trip and spontaneously booked this B&B, and it turned out to be an unexpected delight! The guesthouse has two large courtyards, one in the front and one in the back, offering plenty of open space. There's also a dedicated camping lawn and an infinity pool on the rooftop. It's perfect for swimming and camping during the day, and then playing mahjong and singing at night. What's more, it's truly pet-friendly; the spacious yard allows dogs to run around freely. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, always going out of their way to help with any requests. They make you feel like family."

"Specialty Drinks (Chengde Lulu Classic Glass Bottle): They gave us two glass bottles of Lulu almond milk, and the taste is definitely different from the canned version – a local specialty. Facilities: Equipped with smart sensor toilets, electric height-adjustable desks, electric curtains, and more. The wet/dry separation is very well done. The design of the sink and vanity mirror saves space and is stylish. The hardware facilities are excellent. Hygiene: Whether it's the room or the restaurant, the hygiene is superb. Environment: It's quite close to the South Station, less than a 10-minute taxi ride. There's a Guangkuang supermarket, restaurants, and snack shops nearby, which is very convenient. There are also universities like the Tourism Vocational College in the vicinity, so if you walk a bit further, you'll find even more food options. Service: The service is fantastic. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff are highly professional and efficient. This hotel is highly recommended for those planning to take the high-speed train. For those planning to visit attractions like the Summer Resort, you'll need to consider the travel time, which is probably over 30 minutes."
