MMeiyouruguo1992This was my second stay at the hotel. Wulingshan Aranya has added a lighthouse park and a mountain-view restaurant, making it great for families with kids. Right behind the hotel, there's another restaurant and a grassy play area. For breakfast, you can choose from different options. We stayed two nights, so we tried Xiaoye's Japanese breakfast once and Shiwei Shangu's Chinese breakfast once, both of which were quite good. The complimentary public hot spring was also a nice touch, and it wasn't crowded, so the experience was pleasant. My only minor complaints are that the hotel's shuttle service is infrequent, leading to long waits during peak hours, and the staff's attitude wasn't as warm as during my previous visit. Also, we had to specifically ask for the raindrop cake and matcha experience, which wasn't offered as enthusiastically as before.

AAnonymous UserI booked this room for my elderly parents, and they absolutely loved it! They said the bedding was incredibly comfortable and supportive, so they woke up without any back pain. The hotel is also a convenient 10-minute walk to the Summer Resort, so they could just stroll there. Since it's the off-season, the resort wasn't crowded, which made for a great experience. A fantastic perk is the unlimited complimentary bottled water available in the hallway, which was super convenient. For the price during the off-peak season, this hotel offers excellent value for money.

GGuest UserLove this place ! Stayed 3 separate times. Once last year and twice this year. Nicest hotel so far in china I’ve been to. Honestly can’t beat this hotel for the price. I went before the 7 day holiday and during it. Was way more expensive during it but still amazing

Wife mentioned we are repeat customers and they gave us free spa coupon which was great.

LLui Fai GerryBrilliant location for visiting the Chengde Mountain Resort. The hotel is located just on the other side of the wall of the park and is at a quiet corner 200m from the entrance. Very convenient for an early start to avoid the crowds. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff at hotel. Room is good size and spotlessly clean. Many good local eateries within a short walking distance for excellent food at very reasonable prices

GGuest UserFirst off, they have their own parking lot with EV charging stations, which is super convenient for electric car owners. The room itself was great – the bedding was clean and comfortable. They even helped me bring my luggage to the room. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the freshly made wontons and noodles were a highlight. The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the scenic area. It was so nice to be able to pop back to the hotel for a rest when I got tired from walking around in the crowds. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

EefyingTraveling with elders and children, this hotel is very satisfied. The hotel is located at the entrance of the colorful forest. There are many choices for eating nearby, which is quite convenient. There is also a bonfire party in the evening, and the children are very happy. The hotel environment is very special, and the children especially like it. The front desk saw that we took the children and upgraded the parent-child room for us. The room has its own small hanging chair. The room is clean and tidy, the service staff is also very attentive and attentive, and a small can of tea is sent before leaving. The downside is that the room sink space is a bit small, and there is no soap box and no toiletries.

SShouxinlidebaoStaying for two extra days gave me an even better experience and understanding of the hotel. First off, the bed was incredibly comfortable – not too soft, not too firm. The 1.35-meter wide bed was perfect for a refreshing sleep. If they could swap out the pillows for buckwheat ones, it would be even more considerate for older guests.
The toiletries were excellent too. I especially loved the scent of the shower gel – it smelled amazing! They even thoughtfully provided body lotion.
Big kudos to the housekeeping staff; they were incredibly prompt with cleaning. I never had to ask. Even with my late departures and early returns, the room was always spotless when I got back – it really won me over.
The hotel's location is another highlight. It's super close to all the attractions, making city walks incredibly pleasant and convenient.
Next time I visit, I'll definitely choose this place again. It's versatile – offering both proximity and distance, and a great mix of amenities and comfort.

LLanseguoziliThe hotel is conveniently located, with a bus stop just outside the door. It is about a ten-minute walk from the Mountain Resort. It is also very convenient for eating and shopping. Just across the road from the hotel is the Jinlong Shopping Plaza. The front desk service is very enthusiastic, the breakfast is quite rich, and the room is fully equipped and clean. Chengde is also beautiful in autumn.
