Location is easily accessible. Lots of food varieties and touristy areas being just a stone throw away or a 10mins drive away. Service within the hotel is the best where they start from offering a warm cup of tea upon stepping into the hotel. The staff is a friendly as your personal concierge that look into your daily requirements! From offering different pillow type to sending personalised message card with mini fruit basket. Will definitely stay there again if I visit Chengde!

I took the k2 bus from Cheongde Station. It's close to the bus stop, and it's right next to the Pí sè shānzhuāng entrance, so the location is the best. The room where I can feel the atmosphere of Mongolian Ger is clean and cool. I slept very comfortably. All the employees are very kind. Thank you.😍

We love this hotel. Staff were friendly and this lady: 阳阳晓明 was very friendly and helpful, giving us tips and suggestions on where to go. If you need help when booking this place, just add her. She will translate the messages you send ber using her wechat's translation app. On our first evening here we crossed the road outside the hotel and had a lovely time exploring. This “Songshu Inn” (“Squirrel Hotel” on the actual sign) is next to the entrance to the “seven-colored forest” - a surprisingly fun and family-friendly place to visit in the summer, well, at least for families who do not come from the actual prairie. Mostly domestic travelers but that should be a taken at such a lesser-known location internationally. Still, we ended up staying an extra day to visit nearby theme parks. As someone who had spent more than a year in business/resort hotels all over the world, all I want to say that the hospitality of the hotel staff truly exceeded my expectations.

Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room with great and comfortable bed. Nice smell bath gel , shampoo and hair conditioner. I love the orange smell bath gel so much. We have been given small goodies beg filled with almond can drink, coke, some small pack biscuit.

We spent four nights at the hotel. The view from our hotel room was stunning (first picture) and the location of the hotel is very convenient. The room was big, the bed comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

Le jingshanling great wall hotel est parfaitement placé, juste à côté de l’entrée du parc d’accès à la grande muraille. Nous y étions en hiver et en semaine, hôtel était quasi vide, le personnel nombreux était très serviable. Personne ne parlait anglais, mais avec les applications de traduction nous avons toujours réussi à nous faire comprendre. L’hôtel ressemble à un lodge de grand parc américain avec un grand espace commun dans un bâtiment principal et tout autour des bâtiments de logements. Les chambres sont confortables. Nous avons fait un très bon dîner au restaurant le soir. Le matin, notre petit déjeuner a été servi à table car nous étions seuls. Petit déjeuner traditionnel chinois avec légumes, pâtes, dim sum, bao, …
