"The hotel is located in a relatively bustling area, making shopping very convenient. The parking lot gets busy on weekends, but there's still always a spot for hotel guests. We arrived at noon and had Chengde cuisine on the fourth floor, which was very authentic, tasty, and reasonably priced. The hotel staff were friendly, and the rooms had a separate wet and dry area, were clean, hygienic, and well-equipped. The breakfast spread was extensive, and they refilled dishes quickly. My family found it very comfortable and were all very satisfied."

"Typical three star hotel. Staff have a good attitude, especially the floor managers and are willing to accommodate guests. Still, the hotel is a bit overpriced for its class , possibly because of the hot springs available to hotel guests. Hotel is close to the garden but it sits right on the tran track and the train whistle will surely wake you up at 4:30am. Some of the front desk staff are very young and apparently still in training (the receptionist took me to the room but let me carry my luggage). Breakfast is traditional , quite good."

GGuest UserWe hiked the Great Wall of China from Gubeikou to Jinshanling and chose this hotel to rest after the day. The accommodation is ideally located, right next to the entrance gate to the Wall. The host was very welcoming, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. All the beautiful photos you see of his establishment were taken by the host himself! Since we were there during the off-season and most shops were closed, the host offered to cook dinner and breakfast for us. He is a delicious cook. He also offers taxi services and was able to take us to Gubeikou train station the next morning for our return trip to Beijing. We are extremely grateful for this wonderful stay in Jinshanling and would gladly return!

GGuest UserLove their home cooked dishes! We rather go back to hotel for meal after Gubei water town. The couple bosses were so sweet to let us indicate spiciness and accommodate our minor diet restriction. They dun have noodles but they used alternative ingredients to make some gourd dish that tasted close to noodles.
The rooms were big, in SG standard, one bed was queen size and the other was super single. Their bathroom was newly renovated and love their heater installed at shower cubicle, making it more comfortable to shower in cold weather.
The couple bosses provided great tips on local transport to help us get to/fro Jinshanling for sunset and sunrise opportunities. They are situated around 5min drive from Jinshanling ticketing.
Love the room doorstep views overlooking the geese and house dog. We will choose this hotel next time!

MMeiyouruguo1992This was my second stay at the hotel. Wulingshan Aranya has added a lighthouse park and a mountain-view restaurant, making it great for families with kids. Right behind the hotel, there's another restaurant and a grassy play area. For breakfast, you can choose from different options. We stayed two nights, so we tried Xiaoye's Japanese breakfast once and Shiwei Shangu's Chinese breakfast once, both of which were quite good. The complimentary public hot spring was also a nice touch, and it wasn't crowded, so the experience was pleasant. My only minor complaints are that the hotel's shuttle service is infrequent, leading to long waits during peak hours, and the staff's attitude wasn't as warm as during my previous visit. Also, we had to specifically ask for the raindrop cake and matcha experience, which wasn't offered as enthusiastically as before.

GGuest UserI stayed at the Puning Hotel for two nights and three days, and it was an amazing value. The hotel has a traditional Chinese garden style, making you feel like you've stepped into a secluded paradise. On the rooftop, I enjoyed coffee, a gentle breeze, mountain views, and the sight of the Chan Temple – a perfect blend of classical and modern. Traveling solo, I visited museums, paid respects at the Chan Temple, explored the local market, and even fed the hotel's pet deer. It was a beautiful way to enjoy some leisure time away from my busy work life. The front desk, room service, and dining staff were all excellent, and the owner was very kind. All in all, it was love at first sight.

GGuest UserThe location is better, next to the half tiger line, it is very convenient to Bailitian Road and Yunzhong Grassland. Especially you can drive a few minutes towards the Yunzhong Grassland, you can find a mountain bag that is convenient to climb, and you can watch the sunrise and sunset.
The room is relatively clean and you can see the mountain view. Now the outdoor temperature difference is large, but the room has sufficient heating and hot water.
Parking is also convenient for eating, and the service attitude is good!

🇬🇧We stayed here for three days and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was very warm and homely, which made us feel relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay.
The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. They were always willing to help with any requests and made us feel well taken care of.
Our room was the smallest one available, but it was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The property itself is quite spacious, with two lovely courtyards where guests can relax. Barbecue facilities are provided, and there are plenty of tables and chairs, making it a great place to spend time with family or friends.
The swimming pool was a bit too cold for our liking, but that was not a big issue 😊
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to others.

Хозяева очень доброжелательные и гостеприимные. Они всегда готовы помочь и откликаются на любые просьбы.
Наш номер был самым маленьким, но при этом очень уютным, чистым и комфортным. Территория большая и ухоженная, есть два дворика для отдыха. Гостям предоставляют всё необходимое для барбекю, а также много столиков и стульев, где можно приятно провести время с семьей или друзьями.
Бассейн для нас оказался немного холодноватым, но это совсем не испортило впечатление от отдыха 😊
В целом мы прекрасно провели время и с удовольствием рекомендуем это место другим гостям.

GGuest UserThe room we were given was amazing, it had a great view, the beds were comfy, and had a nice spot to sit and eat breakfast each day. Speaking of, getting deliveries from ******* straight to our room was also really easy.
They also had really great service. When we first arrived we found the bedroom floor to be a little sticky, so we asked if they wouldn’t mind mopping it. That was done immediately, and we enjoyed the rest of our stay :) everything else was super clea

PPonyA person driving from Chifeng plans to go to Saihanba to see. Originally, this hotel was not my first choice, but I clicked to see the hotel environment taken by netizens, and I lived here immediately! When I arrived at the hotel, the beauty in the photo appeared in front of me. In fact, you don't have to go to the surrounding attractions to enjoy the surrounding blue sky, white clouds, green mountains and green waters. I took advantage of the sunset and drove the car near the lake of Yanming and took some photos with the grass lake. The waiters in the store are also very warm and thoughtful, and the inquiries about my understanding of the surrounding attractions are also detailed recommendations.
When I checked out, I ignored the toiletries that I brought in the bathroom, and the store also contacted me in time. Finally, I asked them to help me express it home, thank you very much~

GGuest UserLocation is unbeatable!! The hotel is right before the entrance gate to the Jinshanling Great Wall cable car station and trail heads. You can actually hike up to good view points on the Great Wall injust 30-40 minutes. The hotel is in good condition. The room is mostly clean and well maintained. The AC works well. Toilet has a weird smell but didn't bother me that much. Wish they provided conditioner (only shampoo and shower gel were in the bathroom). Restaurant has many options for Chinese dishes and so is the buffet breakfast. If I come back, definitely book it again for the excellent location.

GGuest UserI don’t speak Chinese, but the staff there were very friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out, the front desk staff helped me like a personal assistant. She even scheduled a massage and taxi service. Local guests I met at the hot pools were also very nice and welcoming. This is somewhat old place, but I like places with history. Be aware of the large portion of dishes you get at the restaurant. I couldn’t finish all the dishes as a solo traveler.
