"This was without question one of the most beautiful and memorable stays I have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Their kindness, warmth, and attention to detail were exceptional throughout our stay. Every interaction felt sincere and heartfelt, which made the experience even more special. The property itself is stunning. Surrounded by mountains and nature, it offers a peaceful atmosphere that feels like a true escape from everyday life. The infinity pool was absolutely breathtaking—especially at sunset. Swimming while overlooking the mountains felt like something from a dream. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail had clearly been carefully considered, and the views from the room were spectacular. The breakfast and afternoon tea were another highlight. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, delicious, and presented with great care. More importantly, you could feel the effort and hospitality behind every meal. It wasn’t just food—it was an experience that reflected the passion and dedication of the team. What truly sets this place apart is the people. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt cared for and at home. I have stayed in many hotels and guesthouses, but this place is truly special. If you are looking for beautiful scenery, tranquility, exceptional service, and a memorable experience, I cannot recommend it highly enough. We will definitely be returning in the future."

"The room type I stayed in was quite spacious, including the bathroom, and came with a king-size bed and floor-to-ceiling windows. The room was bright and airy. From the window, I could enjoy the night view of Chengde, and during the day, a river view. They provided complimentary welcome snacks and hot spring tickets. The staff were always smiling and very courteous. Every time I visit Chengde, I choose to stay at this hotel. The hotpot set menu at the 2nd-floor restaurant is also a highlight; the portions of meat, vegetables, fish, and shrimp were generous, and the service was excellent."
