You have to turn off the power switch to keep it on. In other words, you have to turn off the air conditioner to keep it on.

I understand staff might be stretched thin, but I hope the service process can be optimized. Third, the fitness center on the third floor was really too cold in winter; it was impossible to take off my jacket while working out. I suggest relocating the gym.

What's worse is her terrible attitude; she was argumentative and refused to admit her incompetence in handling issues, acting as if she knew everything. She definitely deserves a bad review! On another note, the hotel is very close to Jinshanling Great Wall, which is absolutely worth a visit!
