"The young lady at the hotel was very enthusiastic; she even came out to help with our luggage, and her service attitude was excellent. The hotel room was spacious, looked clean and tidy, and all the disposable amenities were readily available. The hotel's location is great, right next to Jinlong Shopping Plaza, and very close to the Summer Resort, within walking distance. It's also not far from the Eight Outer Temples scenic area, about a 10 yuan taxi ride away. I had a wonderful stay this time, and I'll choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengde."

"The hotel was excellent! It's well-equipped with very new facilities. The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping cleaned it daily. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and reminded us of everything and made all the arrangements. The customer service staff were also very good and thoughtful. There's both underground and above-ground parking, which was very convenient. The breakfast was plentiful, a great mix of Chinese and Western options with lots of variety. For dinner, we ordered à la carte at the hotel restaurant, and the food was delicious – really good."

"This hotel deserves a five-star rating for its front desk service, which was far superior to the treatment I received at the Yage Huanju Hotel in Beidaihe. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, thoughtful, and anticipated all our needs. Although the parking lot is small, the attendants proactively helped us park the car. The restaurant staff were patient and provided timely service. All the hotel staff made us feel well taken care of and right at home. The only drawbacks were that the room was a bit small, and the ceiling height was low, which felt a little cramped. The outer pane of the double-glazed window was quite dirty, likely due to the difficulty of cleaning it."

This “Songshu Inn” (“Squirrel Hotel” on the actual sign) is next to the entrance to the “seven-colored forest” - a surprisingly fun and family-friendly place to visit in the summer, well, at least for families who do not come from the actual prairie. Mostly domestic travelers but that should be a taken at such a lesser-known location internationally. Still, we ended up staying an extra day to visit nearby theme parks. As someone who had spent more than a year in business/resort hotels all over the world, all I want to say that the hospitality of the hotel staff truly exceeded my expectations.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and the main reasons I chose it again are its excellent location and spaciousness. It's conveniently located, making it easy to cross the road to watch free sunrises and sunsets from the hill opposite. Plus, being a little set back from the main road ensures it's quiet. Its biggest advantage is the large courtyard with flowers and plants, perfect for a peaceful evening stroll. The attached photos show the hotel exterior from different distances, as well as pictures taken from the small hill. It rained this time, so I missed the sunset, but I'll catch it next time!

A person driving from Chifeng plans to go to Saihanba to see. Originally, this hotel was not my first choice, but I clicked to see the hotel environment taken by netizens, and I lived here immediately! When I arrived at the hotel, the beauty in the photo appeared in front of me. In fact, you don't have to go to the surrounding attractions to enjoy the surrounding blue sky, white clouds, green mountains and green waters. I took advantage of the sunset and drove the car near the lake of Yanming and took some photos with the grass lake. The waiters in the store are also very warm and thoughtful, and the inquiries about my understanding of the surrounding attractions are also detailed recommendations. When I checked out, I ignored the toiletries that I brought in the bathroom, and the store also contacted me in time. Finally, I asked them to help me express it home, thank you very much~

Our family stayed at this hotel in Saihanba and had a fantastic experience! A special thanks to our concierge, Qiqi, who was incredibly kind and helped us plan our sightseeing routes, taking care of all the little details. Her service was truly heartwarming. The room was clean and spacious, with beautiful grassland views right outside the window. The hotel's environment is quiet and comfortable, making it perfect for both family trips and group travel. Definitely worth coming back to!

Location: The location of the hotel is very good👍Surrounded by mountains, the Fairy Valley really lives up to its name. It is less than half an hour's drive from all the major attractions in Bashang. Service: The hotel's service is very good, far beyond my expectations. The front desk is very professional and enthusiastic. The waiters will greet you kindly and comfortably no matter where they meet. Hygiene: Hygiene is very good both outside the hotel and in the guest rooms. The room we stayed in was basically hygienic, and everything you touched and saw was very clean. Facilities: The decoration of the hotel is relatively grand, and all facilities are basically complete. I like it very much. It will definitely be my first choice hotel when I go to Bashang in the future.

I came to Bashang to escape the heat and chose this hotel. The scenery outside the window is very good, the location and the attractions are very close, and you can walk to nearby attractions. The hotel has a bonfire party in the evening that can be attended for free. The atmosphere is very warm. I had dinner in the yurt and there was a karaoke equipment. I had a great time.

Highly recommend this Saihanba hotel! Facilities are all available, free parking, clean and spacious rooms, stable hot water, and smooth internet speed. The dam was slightly cool at night and the house was very warm. The staff is warm and thoughtful, very close to various attractions. Health is in place, the bedding is comfortable, the day is very good, all aspects are very satisfied, come back here!

I had some delicious lamb chops here, as well as local specialties. I wasn't expecting much since we were staying up in the mountains, but once I entered the room, the overall experience was really good. I'd definitely stay here again next time. Finally made it to Saihanba, which I've been dreaming of, and the accommodation here is fantastic. We visited the local attractions, and they were truly beautiful. I hope to come back again; it's a captivating place. I hope my positive review helps those who are still undecided to make up their minds!
