The room was clean and tidy, the hygiene was particularly in place, the bedding was soft and comfortable to sleep, the bathroom was separated from wet and dry, and the hot water supply was stable. The supporting facilities are complete, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, small appliances are all easy to use, the details are warm and atmospheric, and the photos are very good. The landlord is very enthusiastic, the check-in guidelines are clear, the questions are answered in time, and the local food guide is intimate. High cost performance, quiet and not noisy, no matter whether it is a short trip or a relaxing trip, it is very suitable, I will choose here next time, highly recommended!

It was a bit chilly in the mountains at night on May 1st, but the air conditioning provided heat and an electric blanket, so I slept soundly. I experienced the wildness, the facilities were convenient, and the service was just the right amount of friendly. It was a very comfortable stay. I felt the owner's attentiveness and dedication in every aspect, from the supplies to the quality of the food and the design. It was absolutely amazing. It's a great place to escape from the world. There are deer, black pigs, and poultry nearby. You can climb a small hill to the observation deck to enjoy the breeze, bask in the sun on a lounge chair, watch ducks swimming in the water, and see bubbles bursting in the sun. There's also a big, spoiled dog. The cafe is perfect for playing chess and reading. It's a perfect place to lie down and daydream. Falling asleep under the starry sky with the sound of gurgling water is quiet and comfortable. A light rain in the morning brings another scene. The breakfast is simple but delicious, especially the pickled vegetables I pickled myself. I like it here and will come again.

The room was spacious and comfortable, fully equipped, and clean. The receptionist was very attentive and helpful. There are several delicious barbecue and hot pot restaurants nearby; although small, the food is great! Parking is convenient; a beautiful river is just a 200-meter walk from the parking lot. Perfect for a relaxing walk!

I don’t speak Chinese, but the staff there were very friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out, the front desk staff helped me like a personal assistant. She even scheduled a massage and taxi service. Local guests I met at the hot pools were also very nice and welcoming. This is somewhat old place, but I like places with history. Be aware of the large portion of dishes you get at the restaurant. I couldn’t finish all the dishes as a solo traveler.

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and fresh air, and both the facilities and cleanliness are impeccable. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious. Overall, the service was satisfactory. However, I have to complain about a front desk staff member who answered the phone between 7 and 10 PM on the 31st. The first time I reported the washing machine wasn't working, she actually told me it was leaking and advised me not to use it. I ended up fixing and using it myself. The second time I called about the shower water not getting hot, her response was even more ridiculous: she told me to just keep running the water until it got hot. I wasted nearly half an hour, and the water never got warm. In the end, a housekeeping staff member came and simply inserted the gas card, which solved the problem. What's worse is her terrible attitude; she was argumentative and refused to admit her incompetence in handling issues, acting as if she knew everything. She definitely deserves a bad review! On another note, the hotel is very close to Jinshanling Great Wall, which is absolutely worth a visit!

For hotel customers there is a free bathing complex next to the hotel - sauna, two swimming pools, recreation room, washing room. Women are unlucky. Only souls and sauna in their office. On the second floor you can make a good massage for money. The hotel is quite successfully located - practically in the historic center of the city, 5 minutes walk to the main sightseeing - the summer mountain residence of the Chinese emperors. There is its own parking for cars. Near a large shopping mall with a furry. There is both Burger King and Starbucks (there is a place to go for breakfast). On the minus the first floor a large supermarket with food. If you don't get too nervous to the conveniences and come there only for a night, it will be due to the low price of accommodation.
