Hampton by Hilton Properties in Chengdu

A perfect stay! The hotel lobby was already decorated for the Year of the Horse with cute paper-cuts, setting a lovely festive atmosphere. The room was incredibly spacious and bright, and the bedding was super comfortable. The welcome note in the room was so thoughtful and heartwarming. The mini-fridge in the suite was even stocked with Coke and Sprite. The hotel facilities are excellent, including a laundry room and gym on the third floor. The front desk service was very enthusiastic; they registered my car plate over the phone quickly, and I was able to exit the parking lot right away. They were also very prompt in delivering items to the room. On the day we checked in, the housekeeping staff even came by to ask if we needed the room cleaned or trash taken out, which was a really nice touch. And we received a small gift at check-out, yay! There are also malls and snack shops nearby. Highly, highly recommend!!!

A hotel that truly cares for its guests is one that genuinely provides the best service. The service here truly exceeded my expectations. On my first day, I left a note mentioning that the restroom had a slight odor and needed disinfecting. When I returned that evening, the smell was gone, and there was even a note of apology. During breakfast, the hostess in the restaurant casually asked how my stay was. I offhandedly mentioned that the duvet felt a bit damp and stiff. I honestly didn't expect it to be taken seriously; to me, it was just a casual chat like 'have you eaten yet.' But to my surprise, they actually took it to heart, and when I returned to my room that evening, the duvet had been replaced. Being truly cared for like that feels so comforting and wonderful. Thank you, Huan Xiaopeng (or 'Little Friend Huan' if it's a name/nickname), for this experience; it showed me the pinnacle of service. Real service isn't about the apples and pears in the fruit bowl; it's about truly taking your needs to heart.

There's a supermarket right downstairs, which makes buying things super convenient. The staff were all quite warm and welcoming during my stay. There's also a Longhu Binjiang Shopping Mall nearby, so it's easy to go shopping. Plus, there's a park behind the hotel. The room facilities were pretty complete too. Overall, my stay was excellent, definitely five stars!

This hotel is wonderful and it is a nice experience to live in this hotel and I expect the next journey in this hotel.

Upon check-in, the front desk kindly upgraded our room for free and even included a complimentary breakfast for our child, which made a great first impression. Our room on the 22nd floor was clean and spacious, with two 1.35-meter beds, perfect for families traveling together. The laundry room was a lifesaver after our previous leg of the trip. I have to commend a gentleman, who seemed to be a supervisor, whom I met in the laundry room multiple times; he was extremely friendly and showed great dedication to his work. We had a wonderful time here and even extended our stay by one night. Plus, when we left for Jiuzhaigou to catch an early high-speed train, the hotel thoughtfully provided us with a grab-and-go breakfast package, which was a very touching gesture! It would have been even more perfect if Chengdu didn't have smog.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Chunxi Road, making it easy to get around. It's also very close to the bus stops for several popular attractions. Coming back from the Panda Base or Sanxingdui, it's just a short walk to the hotel from the bus drop-off. There are all sorts of delicious food options right outside, especially the street food, which is both cheap and tasty; I couldn't get enough of it even after several days. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel environment is also very pleasant, and the front desk staff are really welcoming. The room cleaning was prompt and thorough every day.

This trip, I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Chengdu Xipu. I felt that the price/performance ratio was very high. There is a small shopping mall around the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping. You can buy basic daily necessities. What surprised me was that the hotel actually had its own parking lot, which was great for me at home. Parking was free and safe. Great, the front desk service was very enthusiastic, and there were small gifts and sour plum soup. It is the first choice for travel in hot summer

The hotel is quite new and comfortable. When I came back from a summer trip, I felt the temperature was just right as soon as I entered the lobby. It was cool, comfortable and clean. I booked an ordinary room, but the room was quite large, fresh and clean, with a long small table, which was great for putting things. The washbasin is separated from the bathroom, which makes it very convenient to wash hands, wash fruits and make tea. The bed is moderately hard and soft. There are two kinds of pillows in the room, one is harder and the other is softer. I feel the harder one is more supportive and comfortable. Serve a little. 50-inch big screen movie. Overall, I stayed for 2 nights, the price/performance ratio was very high, and I felt very good! If I have the chance in the future, I will stay here again!

The hotel facilities are complete, and the hotel itself is relatively new. The rooms are clean, and the environment is beautiful. The hotel has a gym and a self-service laundry room, which are both very good. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices, including some local snacks. The front desk staff are also very attentive and welcoming. Upon check-out, we were given a panda keychain and a small toy, making for a very nice stay.

This was my second stay at this hotel; my last visit was during the May Day holiday. Both stays were excellent! The lobby's decor was thoughtfully designed to reflect the holiday's theme. The rooms were spacious, clean, and odor-free. The functional design and facilities were new. The front desk lady was very service-oriented. Upon noticing we were traveling with our children, she immediately brought them slippers and even gave us breakfast! The breakfast room wasn't large, but it had a wide variety of options, and the noodle stall lady was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making for a relaxing stay. The hotel's location is excellent—quiet and convenient. Just two minutes away is a Hema (HEMA) store, a park, and a short walk to the riverside scenic corridor. It was fantastic! I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Chengdu.
