The ambiance is cozy and beautiful, and the service is personalized and thoughtful. The manager was incredibly helpful. It was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was plentiful and varied. This place offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Chengdu! Highly recommended!

Overall stay is satisfied. Special shoutout to the receptionists! They served us well, providing additional services such as receiving taobao parcels, helping to put the cloths to dryer after washing. They even offered help when we want to return the parcels due to some issue. The hotel also serves a variety of foods for breakfast. The room size isn’t ample for 3 pax stay, but I’m satisfied with the thoughtful design. The sink is built outside the washroom, ladies can use it to makeup when the washroom is occupied. Besides, the room sound proofing is good, which is recommended for light sleeper like me. Location wise - the hotel is not very near to 春熙露/metro station. It’s about 10-15 mins walk. But I would recommend to stay here as it’s located at a quiet street, there’s a police station, kindergarten, and couple of restaurants opposite to the hotel.

Great! We really happy to stay at Nihao hotel. Great service , helpful receptionist. We also love the breakfast that hotel provided. They surprise us a flower when we back to hotel at 七夕 day. Definitely we will back for stay when we visit Chengdu.

I booked this hotel after seeing it recommended online. As Hello Hotel is a HUAZHU Group brand, I expected a certain standard of quality. Here's my experience after checking in: The hotel opened last year, so the decor is quite new, and the cleanliness was decent. The room was quite small. We booked a family room, but it felt cramped, with the beds practically touching each other and the walls. Our booking included breakfast for two. We are two adults and a 10-year-old child, but the front desk only provided two breakfast vouchers per day. For our two-day stay, we had to pay an additional 49 yuan for our child's breakfast, which was quite disappointing. On this trip, all other hotels we stayed at offered complimentary breakfast for children. One hotel, which didn't even include breakfast in the rate, proactively offered breakfast for all three of us. What's more, policies at other Hello Hotels in Chengdu differ; one provides free breakfast for children under 17. I'm puzzled why this particular location has different rules. Finally, the air conditioning unit was a wall-mounted split system, and its display light was incredibly bright, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. This was the most frustrating aspect of our stay.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Every single person was so kind and answered all my questions patiently. The restaurants they recommended were also absolutely delicious! 😋 I'll definitely be staying here again when I return to Chengdu. It's very close to Chunxi Road, and public transportation is super convenient.

The hotel's location is excellent and very quiet, yet conveniently close to Chunxi Road and Tianfu Square. The service was also great; the front desk staff were very polite. Breakfast was delicious, featuring a unique sandwich and refreshing iced coffee. Fantastic!

I love this hotel so much! I think the most important one is this place is quiet…i don’t hear any noise from other room or corridor. Location : good, close to metro line1 and line2 which can go to a lot of tourist spots. Also if you like to explore the surroundings area, you can just walk to chunxi road…and ren ming gong yuan. Room: all good..simple but provided what is needed. Hotel breakfast: we got free breakfast. Quite good breakfast here.(but is more to Chinese food ya). Hotel staff: the lady that help us check in and also the one helping at the breakfasts corner are so kind and good customer service. With this price, worth it so much!!

Very good, clean! Just one thing - only 1 lift to 7 floors which is alittle inconvenient. Takes very long to come n go.

The service was excellent. I've stayed at hotels of the same brand before, but the decor here is a little different. It's also a bit of a walk from the subway station, but there are breakfast options right at the doorstep, making it quite convenient overall.

Our room was very quiet, as it faced the residential area. We stayed for three nights. On the last night, the TV in the adjacent room was quite loud, but when we contacted the front desk, the staff were very friendly and helpful and quickly resolved the issue for us.

Very nice hotel with a very rich breakfast! Staff is always very helpful and kind. Clean and well organized!
