I am very satisfied with this randomly booked hotel. The cleanliness and hygiene meet my standards. The hotel style is simple and elegant. The staff has a good service attitude. If I come to the nearby area for business trip next time, I will continue to book it.

This hotel is nice and affordable. It is probably used as an apartment. Because we arrived in Shantou late at night, around 2:00, the check-in was fast and we didn't waste time. The hotel is relatively new. The disadvantage is that the room is not very big, but the price is right.

Stayed here for two days. The first day was very good so I came back to stay. The second time I stayed there was very bad. First, when I first checked in, I happened to want to do some laundry and opened the shower gel sample but it was empty. It was just an empty bottle but the shampoo sample was full. Then when I wanted to take a shower, I found that there were no slippers in the whole room. There were no disposable slippers or bathroom slippers. I had stayed here for a day before so I knew there were slippers in the bathroom but I couldn't find any. Then I called the front desk to send it. I said the shower gel was empty. There were no slippers either. I also brought a power card. After the first call, they said they would send it right away. After more than ten minutes, there was no movement. After I called again, they sent a pair of disposable slippers but nothing else. When I took a shower at night, I found a comb on the bathroom floor. But we didn't use the comb. The comb on the washstand was not unpacked. So where did the comb come from? Was it accidentally left behind or was it not cleaned seriously? The shower gel bottle was empty, there were no slippers at all, and I didn't know where the comb came from. I was really a little convinced. It makes me feel that the room is not cleaned or cleaned very perfunctorily.
