Check in went smoothly. Previous difficulties verifying pre-payment via Trip.com seem to have been resolved. It's clear that a lot of work has gone into making the hotel the best it can be as Dayana reads all the reviews personally. I have no experience of the food as I usually arrive quite late and leave early to travel onwards.

The location was great, near the moor market which you can find a lot of stuff to do. The room was alright, only downside is hair dryer is not provided.

Service and location excellent. Rooms are obviously quite basic but you’ve got everything you need really and at the price point I’d say it is very fair.

Hotel always feels very clear and fresh and I like the decor. Well located for supermarkets and restaurants. The reception area is very nice with comfy seating areas. Room was modern and functional. The lift was out of order when I arrived but noticed it had been fixed by the early morning so resolved quickly. A good place to stay in Sheffield.
