Brocco on the Park Boutique Hotel

"A good boutique hotel in the local area"

The Florentine

"We stayed overnight at Darcy Estate in Sheffield. It's a charming castle hotel, built in 1894, with wooden keyplates for access. Breakfast is à la carte. It's a bit far from the city center, but the 120 bus goes directly from the door."

Travelodge Sheffield Meadowhall

"Because we read negative reviews on here, we had a bit of apprehension before we went. However, you couldn’t get a better location for a base for the Sheffield area, and the hotel had everything we wanted"

Travelodge Sheffield Richmond

"Except for a few times when the hot water wasnt flowing through the faucets or the heating failed, we have had pleasant stays at Travelodge Richmond. Staff members are great, especially Cal, who delivers excellent customer service to accommodate the guests."

Three Cranes Serviced Apartments

"I wouldn't consider this a good stay, as I encountered several issues. First, the check-in process was a hassle since this hotel doesn't have a front desk. I spent hours calling the hotel, facing either "Line busy" or no response after a long wait. If it wasn’t for Trip.com's customer service finally connecting with the hotel, I wouldn’t have known what to do. Second, the wooden door in my room was difficult to close; it required a hard push and made a loud "bang." The glass sliding door of the shower room was also problematic, it fell out on my first pull, and I'm certainly not strong enough to break a door with just one pull. Lastly, and most frustratingly, was the toilet paper situation. It was my first time encountering a toilet without a single roll of paper. I can't imagine what I would be if I hadn't brought my own in my bag that day. On a positive note, the room was well-equipped with a fridge, oven, heater, toaster, and even an iron, which suggests the hotel might have been quite good when the things are all good a few years ago, but not now."
