Exceptional, from
Entrance the staff greeted warmly and were bery attentive. My room was divine, beautifully decorated with elements of Northern thai tradition. Afternoon tea was complimentary and little morsels so tasty. Every convenience such as hats, umbrellas, loofah etc were on hand. The bed was so comfortable .
The greenery made the place lush and the sound of birds and geckos, added to
me winding down to relax this trip. It wasn’t loud nor neighbours boisterous. We did have a Buddhist celebration across the way which was vibrant added to the highlight of my stay. Thank you Cheeta and jhia, very accommodating staff members. I would highly recommend and would visit again

The location is very good in the old city, with plenty of restaurants and spa around. Cleanliness could be improved as there’s ants in room.

Good location. Spacious public area.
The breakfast was quite disappointing - the quality of the food is low.
The service was strange, some are good , but some do not have good service mind and manner.
Location of the room is quite awkward, you may have to walk back and forth via some stairs to get to the room at the end of the hallway. Also, the view from the superior room is obstructed.
Some places of the hotel were not tidy as a 5 star hote - see phots. Some equipments in the room are not working ( the air purifier), glass coaster is dirty and it was re-used!
I did not give the high review score because I hope the management see this review and try to improve. Thank you !

As far as location, this is in the best location in old city. Next to many restaurants, shopping, wat chedi luang temple, cafes, and massages.
The property itself is super clean and the service is top notch.
The only drawback is the pool is very very cold. It would be nice if there was a heated pool fin chiang mai just for winter months.

Amazing location. Wonderful landscaping. Only real complaint is the pool should be warmed up just a little.

This place in Chiang Mai was INCREDIBLE! We loved it. Truly beautiful, great restaurant and rooms, and we were so lucky to stay there. Would definitely return. It's got great character.

every things gd， people very nice.
It's located in the heart of the city and is close to a subway station and a bus stop. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby.

Stunning hotel, feels like you are in your own little sanctuary.
Friendly and helpful staff, make you so relaxed. Stayed previous two nights in another hotel which doesn’t come close to Chala Number 6

Great location for exploring downtown / old town, right next to the entry of a temple Phaya Yakkharaj (Southern Pavillion) and many other sights.
On sundays you‘ve a huge night market right in front of your door step, so make sure you’re going to stay over the weekend.
Staff is super friendly and helpful.
Room amenities and the entire minibar incl. Snake is refilled daily free of charge.
Furthermore there‘s a afternoon tea time with additional free snacks and drinks.
Just the breakfast selection could be a bit wider.
Especially when you have your breakfast close to closure (10:30am), you might be disappointed as not much will be refilled after 10am.
The room are spacious and well equipped, my kids and I had 2303 & 2302.
Just a proper hair drier is need, not this built in useless blowers we all know and hate to use.
Also the provided pillows are ultra hard and high, so you may request for a extra soft feather pillow or neck support pillow if needed, which will be provided by the hotel staff / housekeeping.
Hotel pool area is clean and well maintained!
All over a great place to stay with reasonable pricing and great service!
