Clean, the room is beautiful and charming with style. Located in the heart of Chiang Mai. The staff provides excellent service, especially the one on the morning shift.

Located really well for exploring the old town on foot, but next to a slightly noisy main road - this makes getting a taxi very easy. No lift to the third floor but not a problem if you’re mobile. Bath was big and water very hot. Balcony for smoking. This room was large, clean, and very comfortable. Great value for money overall. The view was great too, and there was a great Burmese restaurant a few doors down which I ricommend as well as a great vegan restaurant 1 minute away.

Hotel next to Chiang Mai's moat. The rooms are spacious. The suites have shower rooms by the window. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas. There is a sitting area for sipping coffee. The bed is good and comfortable to sleep in. This room is separated from the other rooms, making it quiet. The staff provides good service.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the Thapae Gate near the ancient city. There is a moat at the entrance, and it is very quiet in the morning. There is a 7-11 convenience store nearby, and there are many restaurants for meals. It is also close to a fruit market. We bought fresh fruits every day. The hotel has a unique French style decoration. Although it is an old room, it is newly decorated. It is not noisy at night and I fall asleep almost immediately. It is not a main road. The service staff is very thoughtful, patient and polite. They can speak a little Chinese, but they should have a translation app. If they don’t understand what you say, you can use the translation software directly. Communication is no problem at all! Five-star praise.
