Stayed here for three days in a row. It was quiet and clean. The only regret was that there was no elevator.

The lay out and the staff

The location is good and the reception staff are friendly and nice, but the hotel entrance is narrow so it is a bit inconvenient. There is no elevator in the 4-story building. Moreover, the staircase is too narrow to walk up to the 4th floor carrying heavy bags. Wi-Fi works very well even on the 4th floor. The interior is clean and you must take off your shoes throughout the building. The bed mattress is good and you can watch Netflix and YouTube.

You need to change your shoes at the reception. Luggage will have to be carried up the stairs. Otherwise everything is quite good

It's a challenge to write a nuanced review. I booked a four night stay at Feel Nimman Boutique. I arrived at the hotel on Wednesday, December 6th, around 3 PM local time. Upon arrival, I found a cramped corridor-like entrance leading to a 2-square-meter 'reception' area where I was asked to remove my shoes and put them in some kind of box. I saw a 'pool,' that was hardly larger than a bathtub. Additionally, I discovered that there was NO ELEVATOR. Too bad for me and my suitcase. The hotel's 'design'—if the term can even be applied here—was at best weird and cringeworthy. In my room on the 3rd floor, I appreciated the spaciousness. However, within a few minutes, I noticed two ants crawling on my bed. While I don't particularly mind ants, finding an entire colony crawling on the wall adjacent to the bed was unacceptable. Given the cumulative issues with this hotel, I went back to the reception to inquire about canceling my booking and receiving a refund. The manager was absent, but when contacted by the front desk staff, the answer was a firm NO. Two women from the reception then came to my room with insecticide, spraying around the wall and bed area. They offered me another room, which I declined after such a horrendous arrival experience. I then booked another hotel and left immediately. Upon sharing this experience with the new hotel's owner, they suggested that Feel Nimman Boutique might be buying positive reviews for their Google review page. I am still struggling to obtain a refund. As of now, the hotel manager refuses to refund a single cent.

Everything is okay, however the heater problem and blackout issues has caused alot of inconvenience

great suite on the top floor

The location is good which is near the mall and have a lot of nice food near by but the floor of the room is clean ,toilet it just a nice size for the room but the bed very dusty I sneeze so many time when I work up in the middle of the night and morning.

Located near Maya Mall and the White market night market. all just a stone throw away. Not to mention its also near Monkey Bikes. a shop where you can rent bikes and explore more of Chiang Mai. Took us a while to find the location tho because they were renovating their front (restaurant) . the path to the hotel is a small passageway to the back. The staff was super friendly, as what you would come to expect from warm and hospitable Thai people. always with a smile on their face. We arrived to the hotel early and dropped our bags off. when we came back. the staff had carried it to our rooms. I know this is something people come to expect from hotels but mind you this is a boutique and small hotel so it was a lovely surprise. the room was comfortable and the bed as 5/5 for us. just envelopes you after a long day of exploring and shopping and eating. tv was big and had the usual smart tv set up. so you can sit was and enjoy the movies and series while having your off day.

Accommodation near Nimman area, convenient to travel, but there are bars surrounding it. Fairly loud at night lonely entrance quite difficult to get in and out The rooms are fully equipped. good facilities The staff is also good service. If it wasn't for the noise from nearby pubs, bars would be a lot better.

Very good, clean rooms, very nice, not scary at all, near one nimman, comfortable, lovely reception staff. When coming to visit, will definitely come back to stay again.
