The room felt a bit cramped. The service here was good, but I didn't feel very comfortable during my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and tasted great. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The room was spacious, but there were a lot of leaks, including the toilet – basically everything was leaking.

The cleanliness of the lobby could be improved, as well as the parking area needing to be sufficient for the number of guests.

The service was terrible. I booked through trip.com, and upon arrival, the staff asked for some unknown booking number. I showed them my booking confirmation from the app, and they smirked and said they didn't have it (the number they were looking for, which was confusing; I've never encountered this at other hotels). Then, the staff implied something like, "Our hotel uses Agoda..." I was confused. Why does Google show that the hotel also uses trip.com? Was my booking a scam? The staff's sarcastic smirk and their sarcastic remark about not having the booking number were unacceptable. They don't seem to have a passion for customer service. Another issue: I left my car keys on the desk that night after checking in. The next morning, I searched for them for ages, going up and down the stairs, until my car alarm went off for quite a while. Finally, a staff member came and asked whose car it was and if that was my key. Seriously, why didn't you actively try to find the owner when you kept the keys? There are security cameras nearby, why didn't you check them? It was my carelessness that I forgot my keys, but you should have tried to find the owner instead of keeping them until the car alarm went off.

Worth the price paid. It was quiet and hassle-free.

We think it's okay. The hotel's service is good. Overall, it's good. We recommend it. As for the price, we think it's worth the price.

The hotel is not bad, but the air conditioner in the room is a bit noisy. I wore earplugs and it didn't matter. It's not far from the 7-11, about 300 meters away. It takes about 4-5 minutes to walk. There is one next to the 7-11. It’s a small vegetable market with many stalls selling food, so you don’t have to worry about food at all.

The bed is soft and good. Overall, it's okay.

I stay here regularly. I like the many pillows.
