I went there for taking IELTS test. The location is really great. Best place for test taker to stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Value & Outstanding Service in Chiang Rai I had a wonderful stay at Pimann Place and cannot recommend it enough for travelers looking for comfort and convenience. The Room: The rooms are incredibly spacious and offered at a very affordable price. I was impressed by the amenities provided: a super comfortable King-sized bed, a refrigerator, powerful air conditioning, a hot shower, a TV, and a hair dryer. The daily housekeeping was consistent and kept everything spotless. Comfort & Connectivity: One of the best parts was the building's design—the hotel stays naturally cool all day long, and I rarely even needed to turn on the aircon! The room Wi-Fi was super fast, which made it perfect for getting work done or streaming. Location & Perks: Convenience: It’s just a short, easy walk to the Chiang Rai Night Bazaar/Food Bazaar. Breakfast: They provide a nice light breakfast to start your day. Service: A huge thank you to the staff for being so accommodating. They allowed me to check in at 10:00 AM instead of the usual 2:00 PM, which made my arrival so much smoother. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chiang Rai!

A nice a quiet location, not too far from all of the markets. Some awesome little restaurants and street food stalls nearby also. Room was clean, spacious and has good AC. Shower abd toilet were clean with great water pressure in the shower.

Staffs are helpful. Room is spacious. Walking distance to a great home based restaurant where I ate chicken rice. I placed breakfast online and ordered western food. Bed is comfy too. Slept thru out the night as it was quiet. Across the hotel, a massage center.

I sorry but we would not stay at the Pimann again it is a very average hotel overall it needs a lot of updating

Super friendly staff, great service, clean room and spacious too! They even provide free Toast with jam / butter, Coffee, Ovaltine and water for breakfast from 6.30-10am! It’s really great and they also provide water at the end of the day at your doorstep if you are out! Super convenient walk out of the place to Main Street to shop too! Peaceful place and lovely! Will stay again when back in Chiang Rai!
