Disappointing Experience – Avoid if Possible I recently stayed at Sann boutique, ( I don’t normally leave negative reviews) but it was the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel. First of all, the location is not great and needs a long walk or a taxi to anywhere of note. Public transport is inconvenient, and getting a taxi in Chiangrai can be quite unreliable. The hotel itself has zero facilities. No gym, no pool etc—nothing. However, the worst part of the stay was the receptionist. Rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. From the moment I checked in, we felt unwelcome. Any request was met with eye rolls and rudeness, as if guests were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. I would like to note that the other staff members were very helpful and friendly after we brought this to the attention of the manager. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. There are far better options for the same price (or even cheaper) with better service and a better location. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere.

Nice and clean in downtown nearly everything

Good quality hotel. I love it, the cleanliness, room and everything. Just, is better to get rooms on the 2nd floor as you can open the curtains. Breakfast provided. The variety was not lot but overall is ok. Recommended 👍👍👍

Good rest

The hotel looks modern and not scary. It is located in the city center, convenient for traveling. However, people without a private car may have a little trouble. There is breakfast. It is very good value for money.

The room was clean and comfortable. No noise from the neighboring room or outside. It's a good idea to go to the newly opened organic store nearby. The hotel breakfast has vegetarian options.

The room is very clean. The decoration looks premium. It is spacious. I slept very deeply. The dining room is not very spacious. There is a fair amount of breakfast to choose from, but it is delicious and looks good quality. There is parking for both large cars and motorcycles.
