Easy, efficient check in. Key drop for check out. Good Room size (twin bed room) Great breakfast with plenty of options. Disneyland & railway station drop off convenient Very pleasant stay would recommend.

Great hotel directly across from the monorail so easy to get everywhere. Our room had a view over DisneySea and we could see some of Fantasy Springs. Rooms are huge (American size) which was a welcome break from the tiny rooms we experienced in the rest of Japan. Small convenience store in the hotel as well which was useful as well to pick up some small items.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The complimentary snacks and drinks are very thoughtful for guests to unwind after a long day.  Take the limousine bus ¥2300 from Narita T1 or T2 and stop at Shin Urayasu. It stops in front of the hotel. Limousine bus to Haneda or Narita, the bus stop is opposite side of the road around 100 meters walk. Ask hotel reception for direction.

I was pleasantly surprised to be offered an early check-in at around 12 PM. Upon arrival, I received a thoughtful welcome gift—chocolates—which was such a sweet gesture. The experience at the hotel was delightful, especially being able to enjoy the Disneyland fireworks from the lounge. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options, including both Western and Japanese dishes. Additionally, the shuttle bus service to the station was very convenient and appreciated.

If you have plan going to DisneyLand and DisneySea this hotel is a great choice they provide free shuttle bus vice versa to DL and DS… it comes on breakfast buffet the choices is good although same food choices for 3days straight😊 the room is good we stay on 8 floor facing sea view with king size and 1 single bed more than enough for 1 family of 3 human being😅the hotel guys they have up to 11F with indoor swimming pool and gym and many more😊 they have Lawson inside too. For the shuttle bus guys going to DL they just drop you in Maihama Station and 5 minutes walk to DL. For the DS they will drop you in Bayside Station and you need to buy a monorail ticket to DS😊 good luck on your trip hope this review will help you😊 be safe

It is now my 4th stay here at Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. I like to visit Japan every few months and Hyatt Tokyo Bay is such a great location. There is a free shuttle bus to the station and the Disneyland and Disney Sea stops almost every hour. The staff are incredibly helpful as soon as I enter the Hotel. Greeted nicely and promptly. Check in is very quick and all questions are answered right away. The staff speak English well. There is a money exchange machine in the lobby which is useful for when I need quick cash. Just being greeted by cleaning staff and lobby staff when I walk around is great to see and very comforting. The location feels very local compared to downtown Tokyo. There are a few convenience stores around the area with some shopping centers and local department stores in the area. Some are a 15-20 min walk but you can take some buses that are scheduled at certain times. If you can research what is around the area and the bus schedules, you will not have any issues if you think that this location is too far from the city center. I found that there are Buses from major downtown stations that bring you directly to Tokyo Bay as well. I have not had any issues getting back to my hotel when it gets late. The room is always impressive and I always get a smile whenever I return. There is free water, coffee, tea and other amenities available. I really appreciate that they include an Iron and Ironing board. Something I’ve noticed not available in some other Hotel chains that cost much more. The Bathroom is impressive as well. Hyatt Tokyo Bay set the standard for me and I always see myself comparing other hotel chains to Hyatt Tokyo Bay whenever I stay elsewhere. Roof deck is amazing. Gym is very nice, clean and convenient. Hotel restaurant is amazing. I cannot say enough about this Hotel. Bravo,Bravo, Bravo Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. Will always be a staple stay in my Tokyo Travel itinerary.

Didn’t realised that there is no swimming pool in the hotel. Other than that, we love the hotel. Location wise not super convenient but travelling around is not too difficult and there is the Lawson convenience store just at the hotel lobby. Shuttle bus to Disneyland and DisneySea on a first come first serve basis. Airport Express bus available at nearby hotel with online reservation. Good thing there is a shoe dryer. That is awesome since it rained the whole day and Disney and we really need to dry our shoes.

It was a great experience. It is very unusual for a big room in Tokyo but Mitsui Garden exceeded our expectation. The room is big, clean, with phone charger, with 2 toilets. For a group of 6, surely you will not be in trouble during your early preparation before going out on your day trip. Awesome. Will definitely book here again.

Hotel has Halloween theme on during our stay, it’s been decorated for Halloween and restaurants offer themed desserts which were really nice. Our room was average though, the furniture and bathroom was a bit dated, room smells muggy for the first day of our trip. We did get a room with sea view, that was the highlight for our stay.

There is an exclusive bus that goes directly to the entrance of Disney. It is very convenient. The space on the second floor is very comfortable and suitable for young people. There is also an airport bus that can be reserved. Please ask at the counter to help make a reservation. There is also a convenience supermarket on the first floor where you can buy it. I highly recommend it to everyone.
