"I stayed here the night before going to Tokyo Disneyland. It's built like an apartment building. It's a little far from Shin-Urayasu Station, just under a 20-minute walk. You'll mostly just walk along the main road, so you shouldn't get lost. There are several convenience stores between the station and the hotel, and there's also a 7-Eleven near the hotel. There was no water in the room. My room was small, but there was a table opposite the bed, a simple closet behind it, and a small kitchen. Checking out was easy; just put your key in the box at the front desk. It's fine for just sleeping."

"We stayed with two people, and we were able to spread out two suitcases with ease. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities. There were rental items like hair irons, alarm clocks, irons, and mirrors next to the front desk, which was very convenient. There were small snacks available from 9 PM to 11 PM, which was nice. There is also a free shuttle bus from Maihama to Maihama, and we took the earliest one from the hotel, and we were able to get a seat. From Maihama, you might not be able to get a seat depending on the time. It was great to be able to get to Disney for this price. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel has a very convenient location. It is only about a 5-minute walk from Urayasu Station (T18). There are many shops and restaurants nearby, such as Lawson, Daiso, Muji, Seiyu supermarket, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, McDonald's, and Gyu-Kaku. It is very easy to buy food and daily necessities around the hotel. On the other side of the station, there is a shopping mall with a popular omurice restaurant called “Yellow.” It is also easy to go to Disneyland and DisneySea. You can take a bus and arrive in about 30 minutes. There is a luggage delivery service (provided by another company) that can send your luggage to airport, which is very convenient. Going to the airport is also simple. You can go to Kasai Station (T17) and transfer to the airport bus. The bus fare is 1,800 yen for adults and 900 yen for children. The room has a washing machine, and you can dry your clothes in the bathroom because there is a ventilation system for drying clothes. Overall, this hotel is very convenient and comfortable, especially for families visiting Disney."

"I super like the location is very strategic..nesr to train station, bus station, taxi pick up, near shopping places, near disney entrance. Hope they got a better iron, and add yamato services from the reception. That would be excellent. I super love that the hotel provide foot gel patch, thats very thoughtful since those staying there would have been walking around the disneysea or disneyland the whole day from early morning to night time and sore their feet. In fact my feet were sore. That patch really helps me a lot to recover."

"We knew what we were getting into when we booked this hotel and it was truly an economy hotel to be close to Disney. They had excellent and frequent access with busses to get to the Disneyland and Disneysea area and took between 15-20 minutes each day to get from the hotel front door to the park gates. They have a free shuttle that works on a first come first serve basis but in the morning it left a little late so we used the public busses that stop very close to the hotel. The hotel is about 1 km away from each of the closest metro stations - Shin-Urayasu and Maihama (closest to Disney). The hotel is very minimal and was truly a place to sleep. We liked that we had a small kitchen with a mini fridge and kettle and stocked up on snacks and drinks each day at the nearby 7-11 to be ready to line up at Disneyland. We had the double bed and it was small but just a place to sleep so we felt rested. The rooms were warm enough in December but got a bit drafty at night. There was a desk, small work station, small TV and surprisingly a DVD/VCR combo in a cabinet. The bathroom was quite compact but we appreciated the heated seat on the Japanese style toilet and the good warm shower. They provide bath products and towels and there is the option to get additional items in the lobby like extra towels, bathing towel, shave cream, combs and toothbrushes. It is important to note that the hotel does not do daily housekeeping. We felt we had a good stay here because we wanted to be close to Disney without spending a lot of money. The stay was fine but on the last night the fire alarm went off four times around 1:30 am. They handed out a brochure at the front desk to say that if you left your shower door open the steam could set off the fire alarm and that could be what happened. After the second alarm a Japanese man told us we could stay in our room, after the second alarm the front desk made a loud announcement in Japanese over the intercom and after the fourth alarm they made an announcement in English to not worry. A little bit of a disruptive sleep but at least it didn't affect our Disney days."

"Most Japan hotel don’t change your bedsheet. Only towels and throw rubbish. Appreciate the Nepal receptionist that take great care of us as foreigners. I wasn’t feeling well and ask if can check in early but the manager don’t allow. As I asked again as left 15min to 3pm check in time. She just came in work and took over the role and let me check in early as I am super unwell as just touch down to Tokyo. The hotel is convenient as three bustop to Disney land. But taxi from Disneyland is expensive."
