"Cons: The room's cleanliness was a major issue. The bedding and walls had stains, the screen door was dusty. There were no power outlets near the table, and where there were outlets, there was no table. Plus, the outlets were loose. The hairdryer smelled bad, and the cabinet above the sink was full of dust. It seemed like no one had cleaned it before check-in, and the hardware maintenance was clearly subpar, which was very inconvenient. The door lock was an old-fashioned key lock, which was quite inconvenient. It was my first time seeing such an old lock; a kind foreigner from the next room even showed me how to use it. I highly recommend they replace it. And whatever you do, DO NOT open the shoe cabinet – the smell was nauseating. Pros: It's very convenient for getting to Disneyland. There's a bus stop on the street behind the hotel, you can get a map from the front desk. It's a quick 20-minute ride. However, there's no direct bus back to the hotel, which is a bit inconvenient. Some staff members speak Chinese, and they are very helpful and quick to resolve issues. Unfortunately, the poor hardware and numerous problems made it quite troublesome. The price was good, and the room was much more spacious than other hotels in Japan, with plenty of room to open luggage. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. It's very close to the subway station, just a straight walk. There are many drugstores nearby where you can compare prices. I particularly liked the supermarket opposite the subway station, in the opposite direction from the hotel, as it had good prices. There are also many small convenience stores around, which is very convenient. The small street behind the hotel has many restaurants, and there's a McDonald's at the subway exit, making breakfast very easy. The supermarket across the street doesn't accept Alipay or WeChat, which is a bit inconvenient, but it does have Muji."

"Great location for people like us that are going to Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea. Although there is free transport to the park, it starts late. And if you want to get to the park before it opens, use the local bus. The bus stop is 5 min walk away."

"The hotel is a bit far from the subway station, but they offer a free shuttle service to both the subway and Disney, running until 10 PM. The drop-off point at Disney isn't too far from the park entrance. There's also a large park right next to the hotel, perfect for a stroll. A small convenience store is located downstairs in the neighboring hotel. You can walk to a shopping mall and a large supermarket in about 15 minutes from the hotel. If you're driving, parking is 1800 yen per night in an outdoor lot. The room size is decent, and the bed is very comfortable, though the pillow wasn't quite to my liking. It was clean, and the Wi-Fi was stable."

"Our stay at the Tokyo Bay Oriental Hotel was absolutely fantastic – it truly felt like the perfect base for our Disneyland trip! As an official Disney partner hotel, their free shuttle service was incredibly convenient. Shuttles ran frequently, saving us the hassle of navigating complicated subway transfers. We just hopped on right outside the hotel, and in about 15 minutes, we were directly at the park gates. This was especially great for getting to early entry, avoiding the crowded trains and instantly improving our mood with that exclusive feeling. The hotel's location is also superb, right next to an AEON supermarket, which was a lifesaver for us tourists. The supermarket had an amazing selection of groceries and snacks. We'd grab sushi and bento boxes in the evening, which saved us money and was super convenient to bring into the park the next day. Plus, there were other malls and drugstores nearby, so food and shopping were never an issue. What I absolutely can't stop thinking about is the complimentary snack bar on the hotel's 2nd floor, open from 2 PM to 11 PM. It was pure joy! While there were many drinks and snacks, the honey scones were the absolute highlight – freshly baked, incredibly fragrant, sweet but not cloying. Paired with free ice cream and coffee, spending an afternoon there was just delightful. This stay perfectly sorted out both our dining and transportation needs. Next time we visit Tokyo Disney, we'll definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation. Highly recommend!"

"This was the biggest room I've stayed in Tokyo, and it was also convenient for getting to Disney with their shuttle service. However, getting to and from the city center was a bit of a hassle because it's quite far from the subway station. Also, over two days, I asked several different front desk staff multiple times how to get to Haneda Airport. They all just gave me the shuttle schedule and told me to go to the opposite Hyatt hotel to catch the bus. But not a single person told me I needed to book tickets in advance! When I arrived at the pick-up point on the day, I was told ticket sales had already closed. Even though there were visible empty seats on the shuttle, they wouldn't let me board! I had to take a taxi to the airport to catch my flight, which ended up costing me 680 RMB. I'm really quite unhappy about this point!"

"Very nice location which is walking distance to Disneysea and Disneyland, especially Disneyland, super convenient. Room space just nice for us, 2 adults and 2 young kids with 3 luggages and 2 foldable strollers. Bathroom is spacious. Hotel staff are nice, they are friendly and you can ask for help if doesn’t know how to self check in. They help to keep our luggage at the lobby since we checkout in the morning and head to Disneyland, collect at night when our private transport pick up to Tokyo Town. Location it’s just right at the Maihama JR Station, next to it. By train could be quite easy to find, if by car you might not find their lobby, can just stop at the station and take the elevator (if with luggage) or walk the stairs to the hotel entrance."

"It is located very closely to Tokyo DisneySea and Maihama train station. You can walk to Tokyo DisneySea or Maihama station in 10 minutes. Staying this hotel allows you to sleep a bit more and wake up a bit late before going to the entrance of Tokyo DisneySea to join the queue to enter DisneySea at 06:30-07:00 in the early morning. It is not close to Tokyo Disneyland so, if you are going to Disneyland, you have to take the monorail or taxi. The rooms we stayed in were spacious and clean. We love that they have two types of pillows already placed on the beds for our selection - one is soft and rectangular (the common one) and the other one is harder and shaped to support your neck."

"I stayed in the economy single room. There was no built-in table, and instead there was a second bed where the table probably used to be. However, the second bed had a cover over it, so it was used as a large sofa rather than a bed. There was a folded-up folding table, but if I wanted to use it, I had to place it in the hallway in front of the bathroom and toilet, which got in the way so I ended up not using it. However, the large sofa (second bed) could be used to store luggage, so it shouldn't be a problem if I wasn't using a laptop or anything like that. A simple breakfast was also included. Although it was simple, it was better than my usual breakfast. Overall, it was more than worth the price. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity to be in the area."

"The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The welcome wreath at the entrance added a lovely, ceremonial touch. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Stepping into the room and seeing the beautiful, distant view of Tokyo Bay instantly lifted my spirits. For added convenience, a shuttle service is available during morning and evening peak hours to Disneyland, DisneySea, and Shin-Urayasu Station. While Shin-Urayasu Station is about a 1.3 km walk from the hotel, it's also just a two-stop bus ride away."

"I’ve been here a few times, and I usually enjoy it, especially the bathroom. There’s a Lawson nearby, which is super convenient, but in the evenings, it’s a bit too packed. I think it’s best to grab groceries in the morning."
