Amazing
Wow, I’ve not been impressed with a hotel that caught me by surprise from the moment I entered the building/ room. My stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay was absolutely fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed each moment of my stay. From check-in, to a welcome message with fruits awaiting me in my room upon check-in, to the different services the hotel offers, like: shuttle for the nearest train station (which connects to the various lines that can help on your journey of exploring the city), exceptional amenities, room service, etc., I was beyond impressed. I’m just sad I did not get to access the rooftop bar, as the weather was not pleasant in the evening during my entire stay, so the bar was closed for safety. I plan to return to Tokyo for another holiday and stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo; you won’t regret it.

it’s a hotel that i would come back for more stays! it has shuttle services right at the hotel’s lobby to disneyland and disneysea. made travelling back from theme park really easy after a long tiring day! hotel is immaculate with many amenties like bathtub, bathhouse, hotel breakfast and 7-Eleven on the 2nd floor. walkable distance to Shin-Urayasu Station where AEON and many other malls/shops are there for meals and shopping.

Exceed our expectations! Location was 🆗, shuttle bus provided to/from Maihama Station, Disney resort Bus Terminal. (Shuttle to Disneyland/DisneySea) Our family love our stay here, there were 4 comfortable single beds for each one of us. Space was just enough. Bathroom shower plus bathtub n quite big to our surprise. Amenities like shower gel,shampoo, toothbrush, hairbrush are provided. Not only that, sleepwear for kids n adults are there for us to use!! Minimart is available at lobby, and numerous vending machine at all level,small playground for kids, n for adults there are public bath at the 7 floor. (Men n women separated of coz) High standard service all around!

Stay was good, rooms were clean with great amenities. Bus to Bayside station is free. Reception held our bags as we arrived before check-in and placed the bags in our room before we come back from Disneysea.

Hotel was clean, with many amenities with the free gift but the best service was with the shuttle bus driver ( sorry forgot to ask his name), he was very helpful and very friendly. We appreciated it so much. Hope to visit again Thanks & regards Hioe Fui Yen

We have stayed at Spa&Hotel a couple of times now and have enjoyed every visit. The staff are friendly and greet us as we arrive. Check in and out is quick and simple. We always stay in the Japanese style room with outdoor bath. The room is a good size with tatami mats and futon beds. The views are great as you can see the fireworks at Disney. The only downside is the very bright lights from the sporting fields near by. The outdoor bath is great after a long day. There is a free shuttle bus to the Disney resort. The drivers are helpful and friendly. We haven't eaten in the hotel before so I can't comment on the food.

The hotel’s cleanliness is excellent, and the check-in staff are friendly. Can leave luggage before check in time. There are shuttle bus services (time refers to the hotel counter). Highly recommended for those visiting Disneyland or DisneySea. One area that could be improved is the shuttle bus queue announcement. Besides using the local language, it would be much better to include English as well, so that tourists from other countries can understand the instructions clearly.
