"Spacious and clean rooms, this hotel is perfect for families and groups! Self check-in and check-out were smooth. For the breakfast buffet, you can get a numbered ticket starting at 6 AM on the day to avoid crowds. The restaurant menu seemed to align well with the hotel's concept; it was a very satisfying lineup including multinational dishes. Some might find it a concern, but the shuttle bus can get quite tight during the morning rush and depending on park closing times. The last shuttle from Maihama Station departs at 10:20 PM, and between 6 PM and 9 PM, you'll need to transfer at Disneyland. If you have a lot of luggage or are traveling with children, it might be better to take a taxi. Overall, I think it's a really good hotel with high satisfaction. I'd love to stay longer next time."

"Our stay at Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel was honestly such a relaxing and memorable part of our Japan trip. The hotel itself feels spacious and luxurious without being intimidating, and the location is perfect especially if you’re visiting Tokyo Disney Resort. Getting to the parks was super convenient through the Disney Resort Line, and coming back to a comfortable hotel after a long day at Disney was the best feeling. The rooms were clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious compared to most hotels in Japan. We also loved the view — waking up and seeing either the bay or the Disney area made the experience extra special. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities were complete, which made the stay very hassle-free. What stood out the most was the service. The staff were very polite, accommodating, and organized, which made check-in and everything else smooth despite the number of guests staying there. If there’s one downside, it would probably be that the hotel can get busy, especially during peak Disney seasons, and some areas already show a bit of age. Its a little bit old as well. Bath tubs kinda rusty. The smell is kinda old. But overall, the comfort, service, and convenience easily outweighed that. Would definitely stay here again, especially for a Disney trip. It made the whole experience more comfortable and enjoyable."
