房間乾淨整潔，誰説西爾頓不如希爾頓？這個價位。這個服務，西爾頓很值！客房乾淨衞生，前台服務熱情，還幫忙存中葯至冷藏櫃，很感謝，建議規劃一點酒店專屬停車位，就更好了，不過酒店周邊停車也沒人管，還可以。

左旗目前來説環境最好的酒店，新裝修的，衞生乾淨，離旗政府、公園、商業街都很近，出行方便，每次到這邊出差都會選擇西爾頓。
但早餐對標一些老牌的酒店有待提升，早餐種類少，稍微晚一點就什麼都沒有了。

自駕家庭出遊入住了這個酒店。很有品味的裝飾，所有的配置都很用心，佈局舒適。早餐很豐富，不是預製菜品，很家常可口有公共洗衣房，還可以烘乾，並且提供洗衣液。免費停車，還可以把車子停在地下室，避免了帶孩子出門，下雨的尷尬，也避免了車子的暴曬。
