We stayed in this hotel for 3 night, room was very nice, ladies in the reception kind and helfull too. Breakfast in nearly restaurant was delicious. All our issues were resolved quickly, free water bottles in the reception. Highly recommended!

The Rooms are okay and clean. Wifi is not good at all. Customer service is OK—no minibar in the room. The air conditioner was very weak. I didn't have a regular chair to sit only two tall stool chairs that were uncomfortable. I don't think I would go back next time!!

Booked 2 nights, preceeding joining group work. E mailed hotel twice to conform arrangement, no reply. At end of 2nd day I had to vacate Room. Desk clerk texted several times in russian to apparent manager and i had to vacate. Clerk did care my luggage out. After group arrived I wentto a new room. Clerks never did speak any english. Had a feeling some did understand, just didnt want to help.

Although I made a reservation for 2 people, the bathroom equipment was only for one person. We finished the night without taking a shower due to the hot water problem. If you want hot water 24/7, this is not the place you are looking for. I recommend you to take a shower as soon as you find hot water in this hotel. You do not have the chance to get it at the time you want. The problems did not end the next day. Toilet malfunction, we poured water into the toilet with a garbage bucket. What a joke. I had to visit the reception because the phone in the room did not work. And I still could not get a result. There is no safe box in the room. There is a kettle in the room, but you have to bring coffee, tea and sugar yourself. Check-in is very important for guests. Unfortunately, a cold facial expression during check-in. This was the harbinger of a bad experience... They gave us a room right next to the sauna. Waking up in the middle of the night from noise. The staff does not care about the noise. The sound insulation in the room is extremely inadequate, The only positive thing about the hotel was the breakfast.

I would like to say hello to the director of the Familion Apart-Hotel, and say that you can’t make all the money on people in trouble. Be healthy, and may you never have to flee your home and country without knowing if there will be somewhere to return to.
