"We stayed at this hotel with our two kids and took the family room. The hotel is new and very comfortable especially the kids room well organized.The internet connection is fantastic fast and stable everywhere, super important thing for us and for the kids.. In the morning we had breakfast with the kiddos in the cafeteria, instead of the main restaurant hall. Great idea because there are few people, the vibe is very quiet and nobody disturbs nobody. The kids loved the breakfast (and it's not easy to please them!). For dessert we had fresh seasonal fruits cherries, strawberries and apricots.And also the kids were obsessed with the local papanash with jam, delicious! All the staff was very nice to us. Totally recommend for those traveling with kids!! will definitely come back."

"Very good and nice hotel. Quiet but not far away from the tourist area. Don’t think there’s a carpark as my taxi have to wait for me at a small area beside the road but it’s manageable. But don’t think driver can wait for long. There’s a restaurant just downstairs which I think is operated differently from the hotel owner. Therefore no room service and you can’t charge to room. But the food is good!"

"I only liked the people who work there 100%. The breakfast is very tasty 🫶🏻 We were given a room for a couple, which was right next to the reception. It was not convenient because we could hear everyone coming and going, people at the reception and in the dining room, cleaning ladies. That is, it was impossible to relax and not think that everyone could hear us too. Secondly, when the door to the street opened, our door also slammed. And in our room there was hair in the bathroom, some stains on the carpet, only one chair and there were no bathrobes after the shower. It was very difficult to find the hotel itself, if you are going on foot for the first time. It is better to take a taxi right away 🙌"

"We had a nice big suite with a separate sitting area and a huge bathtub and separate shower. The check in and check out were super quick and easy. We didn't opt to have breakfast there and just used the room. We were able to open the windows part way and enjoy the fresh air. The location is on a quiet street and you are about 15 minutes walk from the Central Park of Chisinau and the nice museums. There were several restaurants and mini-marts within 10 minutes walk of the hotel."

"I spent 4 days with my daughter at the hotel. If I start from the beginning. Parking problem. Unfortunately, no one will provide you with a parking space, so you are dependent on random parking on the street. Sometimes it is a problem. Unfortunately, most of the receptionists do not speak English very well and it is difficult to communicate with them. No one explained anything to us upon arrival or pointed out anything. The room is clean and very nice and spacious. What I can really appreciate is the cleaning. Breakfast was very weak at the beginning. It had to be ordered from the menu card. The next days breakfast was Swedish style. For me, breakfast was weak. I would expect much more from a four-star hotel. The biggest problem of the hotel is their evening music events, which end well after 10 pm. They are so annoying that you cannot sleep at all. I had to really insist several times that they do something about the situation. In the end, we got 2 rooms so that I could sleep in another part of the hotel. However, the last day was a total fiasco. They had an event in the hotel somewhere on the ground floor, the noise was so loud that the whole hotel shook. I was about to call the police, they turned the music down. I even spoke to the manager and as an apology we got a basket of fruit. But the hotel is absolutely considerate of the guests who sleep in the hotel before mass events, which probably bring them more money. If you want silence to sleep, avoid the hotel. We will never, ever come to that hotel again."

"On booking the hotel was presented as 4⭐️. In reality it turned out to be 3.... It's a huge plus that you can take your pet with you 🐕🦺. There is no refrigerator in the room; there was a decent amount of leakage from the shower stall to the toilet. We arrived on the weekend, the windows were open and you could hear music from the neighboring restaurant until one in the morning.. Otherwise it was fine, I liked the breakfast buffet from the belly, the pastry chef was there 🔥. Everything is delicious and I liked the ambience of the room... In general, if you are not picky, then a middle-class hotel will suit you. Thanks to the polite staff"

There is beautiful courtyard of sofas, tables-and a large bar at the end-perfect for work or socializing-I would stay here again."

The only minus is that it is impossible to call a taxi from this hotel. The cars don't want to come to this location because it is only 10 minutes away from the city."
