Chisinau Hotels with Balcony

Very good and nice hotel. Quiet but not far away from the tourist area. Don’t think there’s a carpark as my taxi have to wait for me at a small area beside the road but it’s manageable. But don’t think driver can wait for long. There’s a restaurant just downstairs which I think is operated differently from the hotel owner. Therefore no room service and you can’t charge to room. But the food is good!

We stayed at the hotel for just a few hours after a long car journey. The next day we had an early flight. We arrived around 11:00 PM local time. When I booked, there was information in the notes that the reception was open until 8:00 PM and that I needed to notify them of a later check-in. The hotel website had a mobile phone number linked to VIBER, which I used to contact the hotel. First, they confirmed my reservation, and second, as it turned out, the reception was open 24 hours a day. The girl at the reception thanked me for informing me of the late check-in. Upon arrival and check-out, the staff did a great job 💯%. They helped me lift/take down my suitcases and quickly called a taxi (there is no elevator in the hotel and this was invaluable help for me). To understand, I was alone with two small children. The room was very nice, clean, fresh, it's a pity we didn't have time to enjoy it. Since we had a very early flight, we didn't have time for breakfast. They packed lunch boxes for us, but it turned out somehow awkwardly (they were packed poorly/inconveniently), I only took yogurts for the children. And the number of bags exceeded the number of hands. In any case, thank you for your concern, but perhaps we should think about how to prepare lunch boxes for guests more correctly in the future. Overall, it was quite comme il faut)))

The air condition unit was absent in the suite, although its remote control was there. The reception staff advised that the aircondition unit is placed in the corridor outside of the suite. This is weird and unacceptable at 30 grades celsium heat. The rooms description contains aircondiition unit. Besides that the restaurants (declared there are two - Japanese and Mediterranean) were closed due to unknown reasons. The rest is ok. The management has to update the descriptions at Web-Site and hotel reservation portals as for instance -booking.com

Clean room and kind receptionists who helped me with many things, including arranging a taxi early in the morning.

Buon hotel in centro, vicinissimo alla clinica del Dott. Palmas, estremamente comodo. Colazione buona e gestione cortese. Quello che ho chiesto ho sempre ricevuto. Non ho avuto problemi. sono soddisfatto, lo utilizzerò anche per le prossime volte.

The room was nice, very clean, very European, the bed was very soft, and I had a different experience. The breakfast was a bit expensive. It would be better if free breakfast was provided. I would stay here for the second time.
