The room was cleaned very clean, there was no smell, the lighting and ventilation were good, the mattress was moderately hard and the rest was very comfortable. The bathroom hot water is stable and the supplies are complete. The hotel is in a good location and it is very convenient to travel for food. Environmental sanitation, service details are done very well, cost-effective online, is a great stay experience, very recommended!"

"Lightning protection in the house next to the elevator! The elevator was very noisy going up and down one night. Fortunately, I arrived relatively late, and I needed to get up early the next day, if not early. Definitely won't stay here again. The front desk said that I had booked a special room, which was next to the elevator, but the front desk did not remind me of this when I checked in. I can make up for the price difference between the special room and the zero-pressure double room. Instead of telling me after I reported this situation! I have stayed at City Express when traveling to other cities before, and the experience was quite good. This is the first time I have given a negative review when booking a hotel on Ctrip. I won’t stay at this hotel next time I come to Chizhou. Except for being very noisy near the elevator, the cleanliness of the room was okay."

When I checked in, the front desk staff helped me upgrade to a suite, which was very heartwarming! The room was large and well-equipped. It faced the lake and had a pleasant view. The room lady was very polite and greeted us with a smile. The day I checked in was Christmas Eve. There was a Christmas buffet on the first floor of the hotel, and there were singers singing in a good atmosphere. The food was delicious, a boon for meat lovers, and the various desserts were also exquisite and beautiful!"

We stayed next to the deluxe twin bed, the room was spacious and bright, the facilities were brand new, the hygiene was very good, and the bed was comfortable to sleep.
