Chongqing Yongchuan District 5-star Hotels

This time I was on a business trip and wanted to stay at a hotel recommended by a friend. After all, people around me were full of praise for Jiang Hong. I felt very good as soon as I came in. I haven’t walked to the front desk yet. The little beauties who received started to say hello. I was deeply warm. I thought this was very good. I walked into the elevator. The decoration is also refreshing, the floor is very quiet, no noise, the room is very clean, no smell, this is the best I have ever lived.

Very good hotel, the environment and service are impeccable👍. The whole family came to Lehe Ledu for fun, with food, accommodation, travel and shopping integrated. Many animals can be seen around the hotel. The children were excited and scared when they saw the python eating a live chicken😅. There are many parent-child play equipment in the playground. Many animals in the zoo can be interacted with at close range, especially the colorful parrots, which can speak Chongqing dialect (Gong Xi Fa Cai, Ba Er Er), which shocked our family and spoke very clearly. The children also interacted with it. There were too many frequent moments, which is worth exploring. The hotel owner recommends Liangjiang Holiday Inn, which is very good!

Although the hotel is an old five-star, their software service is very good. I am very inconvenient to travel with my children. The room attendant service is very thoughtful and takes the initiative to leave the phone number, guide us to go out to play, introduce delicious and fun places, and continue to stay next time.

Advantages: The room is equipped with a bathtub, the new hotel is new, the floor-to-ceiling windows can see the Ferris wheel not far away, the minibar is free, although there are three cans of drinks and two snacks, but it can be provided for free. Free upgrade and late check-out. Disadvantages: There is nothing to eat around, you have to call a car to eat. No capsule coffee machine, no electric curtains, no smart toilet. Especially in the hotel room opened in 23 years, it is never expected to insert a card to get electricity. A little thunder: the hotel does not have its own gym and swimming pool, it is said to be next to it, and it has not opened yet. The hotel presented a breakfast as compensation. The five-star praise for this stay was to be given to the executive chef of the western restaurant in the breakfast room. I said a small voice that the salad likes sesame dishes and no vinegar. I sent me a special dish of sesame dishes, and a special dish of Italian oil and vinegar juice was sent. I only knew that the young chef had been 18 years since, no wonder he was so professional and had a high sense of service. Like 👍 again.

Great location ! Right on the street of the local food court and malls. Attentive staff, although they may not understand English but they tried to translate through the app to talk to you!

The hotel is part of the scenic spot and is busiest from 5-11pm, so taxis are a bit reluctant to drop off at the hotel because of road closures at that time. This is mentioned when booking the hotel so it is expected. In saying that, staying at the hotel means you don't have to travel anywhere to be in the middle of all the action. The place had rhythm and pulse all day and most of the night. The hotel itself is an adventure to explore but be warned there are stairs, stairs and more stairs. We didn't find any Western food, but there is plenty of hot and spicy food around.

This hotel has definitely seen better days.. The location is a bit difficult to find but it’s very close to a subway station and the longest we had to ride in a did was about 20mins. The service was just ok. They didn’t change our towels or service our room until 5pm (even though the service cart was sitting outside of our room since morning). However when we got locked out of our room at they came quickly to help. The receptionist also responded quickly and changed rooms when we found bugs in our room. The cleanliness is questionable, first we saw roaches and bugs running around the hotel. The bottom of the pool also had some dead bugs. The rug in our first room was very dirty, we didn’t feel comfortable taking our shoes off. The R on the sign was falling off and they’re dead plants all over the hotel! Overall, I think this hotel was a lot different than pictured and it kind of turned us off from exploring it more. It definitely needs a clean up!

One of the elevators was not working during our stay. A simple ride down during the morning rush hour took everyone 20 minutes waiting time. Each elevator was packed like sardines in tin cans. To avoid any emergency incidents - I strongly suggest The elevator situation to be improved quickly. Also anyone and everyone could take the elevator to any floors- there is no need for room card security- which makes it a bit unsafe.

The location inside of Peninsula Int'l Business Building, 20th floor. Behind of Westin, hyatt and opposite of Republic of Korea Guangfujun Site (韩国光复军总司令部旧址). Walking a minutes to Ropeway, Temple, Hongya dong Folk Scene Area, port (sunset cruise) and else. My room in 20th floor is clean big 舒适 All staff very friendly and helpfull. 1st day when I came (late night) I can't sleep, so I request to change the room at floor nearby the reception. The next day the staff upgrade my room in the 20th floor, near the reception..yeay..thanks a lot, I can sleep then. Btw, the hotel doesn't have restaurant & breakfast, but don't worry because many restaurants and food street very close to the building. Oh, when I almost lost way to shiweixian, I call the staf, she help me and told to the driver the right way (address) to go (nan'an district). Overall perfect, Enjoy my holiday in Chongqing. I will stay here when I in Chongqing. Because very near and close to tourist attraction and culinary.

Room was nice and spacious, and the toilet amenities were good. Toothbrush, toothpaste, combs, hair dryer, etc. were provided. The hotel was also located in a good location, within minutes walk to nearby shopping streets and food streets. However, the daily room cleaning could be improved as the same table/floor stains could be observed throughout my stay despite the daily indication for room make up. Front desk staff and reception service (over wechat) were friendly and courteous. Facilities could be also improved as the washer-dryer did not work well. The dryer function did not work at all and despite several rounds of drying (following instructions given by staff on how to operate the machine), with each round taking several hours of our time, the clothes remained wet and we were left with no choice but to air dry our laundry. Also, the room cleaning service staff did not check and replace the laundry detergent for our subsequent use of washer when they tidied the room each day. For those who are particular, do also note that the hotel seems to be under central air conditioning system. As such, the room was rather stuffy throughout my stay there (since it was Mar and the indoor heating was operating, we could not turn on air conditioning to lower the temperature indoors), and we could only rely on keeping the one window open for fresh air to ventilate. Also, the front desk was unable to provide services to help call a taxi for our last journey back to the airport, but we were lucky that there were a few taxis waiting by the main roads near the hotel, despite it being early in the morning at around 5am. Despite all of these, I would nonetheless consider this a rather positive stay, for its price and location.
