GGuest UserHad a good experience staying here as it was not far from the airport. The hotel staff also was very helpful, we were able to borrow the iron as there were no irons in the hotel room. There was also a variety of breakfasts to enjoy. Recommend staying here if you are looking for a place that is near the SWUPL and the airport.

AAnonymous UserMy stay at the Atour Hotel Chongqing Yubei this time exceeded all expectations! The moment I walked in, the staff warmly greeted me, not only helping with my luggage but also thoughtfully offering a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice – a lovely touch that instantly melted away my travel fatigue. During check-in, the front desk informed me they had upgraded my room for free. I hadn't realized I booked a room without breakfast, but when the staff learned I needed it, they kindly arranged for a complimentary breakfast. They also took the time to introduce the room's facilities and local dining options during the process. This was such a pleasant surprise! After check-in was complete, a staff member even escorted me all the way to the elevator. This attentive and detailed service made me feel completely at home. The room itself had modern facilities and a very cozy, inviting atmosphere. My entire stay was wonderful; the service was truly exceptional. Next time I'm in Chongqing, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

SShijiejieyaWow~ This hotel's accommodation experience is perfect. The room type was upgraded when I arrived at the hotel, and the price-performance ratio is super high💰! Because the price I booked did not include breakfast, they also thoughtfully provided breakfast🥐, which couldn't be more praiseworthy👍!🌟It's just a little far from the city center, about 6 or 7 kilometers from the airport, which is a benefit for drivers!

when we checked in they offered us water before checking us in which was very caring
it is located right next to a train station which made it very convenient to travel around the city
the staff were very welcoming and looked after us very well
another highlight was the free washing and drying service. although it is self serve, however when it was peak time where everyone needed to wash and drying their clothes, the hotel staff will help us do it instead and once dried, they deliver it to our door

1. **Exceptional Personal Service:** My stay was incredibly pleasant, primarily due to the fantastic service. The young lady at the front desk was lively, cheerful, and radiated warmth with her enthusiastic smile. A special shout-out to the receptionist on duty on the afternoon of July 30th – she was truly wonderful!
2. **Thoughtful Overall Service:** I only asked for two bottles of water, but they generously provided four. On top of that, they kindly granted me a 40-minute late check-out at no extra charge.
3. **Spacious Room & Great Views:** The room itself was spacious with large windows. The view outside was fantastic and quite scenic, which really lifted my spirits.
4. **No Downsides & Highly Recommended:** Honestly, I couldn't find a single fault. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers looking for a fantastic value-for-money option.

GGuest UserMy stay here was incredibly satisfying. The hotel staff were exceptionally thoughtful, especially the airport shuttle service, which made us feel truly at home. From check-in to departure, every staff member was smiling, warm, and attentive. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options and tasted delicious. Next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

MM355404****The decoration of the room is very beautiful and clean when taking pictures. The most important thing is that the beautiful ladies at the front desk were very nice. When we went there, they saw that it was inconvenient for us and helped us mention the room. We live here with a baby and there is a bathtub that can be used, but we are too lazy to use it. Haha, they kept urging us to eat their breakfast the next day. There are some snacks downstairs and next to the subway station. Anyway, it was a good experience~

There are many restaurants around, and there is a university night market street to visit at night.
