紗窗鎖壞，關着陽台玻璃門入睡，半夜孩子被蚊子叮醒，房內也熱，空調開啟響到無法入睡，因太晚就沒要求換房間。孩子臉上被叮了5個包，很癢。電話叫了服務要驅蚊器（其實房內有，放在了寫字桌邊，沒放在牀頭櫃，不好發現），酒店沒有蚊蟲叮咬後的止癢外用備用葯。凌晨2點，擔心孩子因此過敏導致腫脹，自己叫了跑腿買葯。退房時跟前台反饋房間空調聲大，需要他們檢修一下，非常不耐煩的説：如果吵到我們，可以幫我們換房！（無語，這是換房的事嗎）。早餐廳的咖啡杯也該換了吧，節約到這個程度！

環境： 挨着彝人古鎮，周邊吃飯的很多。
衞生：看圖45，我這個房間洗漱盆下水巨慢，基本屬於嚴重擁堵的情況。新打開的棉簽，裏面有黑色東西。
辦理入住時酒店前台態度很一般，可能是當時不忙，幾個小姐姐堆在一起聊什麼重要話題呢。
想要朝陽的房間，給我們安排了斜對面的兩間兒，説安排了朝古鎮裏的我還挺高興，結果一看對面全是民宿和停車的…. 另一間倒是沖酒店內部，前台早知道朝古鎮裏沒有好的風景就都給我安排酒店內部的就好了…. 也不言語一聲
因為我家人不想折騰麻煩酒店了，我就沒讓酒店換房間！
早餐：種類不多，粥提出表揚，旁邊配的榨菜很下粥。倒了杯茶，全是茶渣子，根本喝不了。

以前每次到楚雄都住，這次比較特殊，春節期間，到的時候已經凌晨兩點，房價居然還收正價，體驗感很不好。而且服務員也就是店大欺客的狀態，愛住不住了。沖這樣的服務以後不一定還住了。

自駕旅遊途中歇腳，盲選的五星酒店，位置不錯，挨着古城，酒店設施齊全，乾淨衞生，工作人員十分熱情。就是早餐七點半趕到了團隊用餐，風捲殘雲式的，啥都吃沒了也沒及時補全，體驗感不是很好。

這家酒店，怎麼説呢，地理位置在楚雄市區還算是方便的，但是沒有對比就沒有傷害，彝人古鎮和大理，麗江這些比較，真的差別太大了。酒店房間的硬件其實挺舊了，細節做得不行，隔音特別差。服務員感覺職業素養不行，第二天退房的時候，提了意見，結果前台的服務員一點專業性都沒有，全程冷漠😐。
