Sheraton Chuzhou Hotel

The upgraded executive twin room seems to be just on a higher floor. There was a strange noise from the door at first, but the front desk was quick to change the room. The room is big enough. The amenities were not replaced in time. The minibar was still empty. If it is not replaced in the basic room, it should be replaced in the executive room. The breakfast is good. For another 300 bucks to stay at the Sheraton, why would you need a bicycle? Good review

The hotel is in a good location, very convenient to shopping malls and scenic spots. The room is very comfortable and the breakfast is OK. The Chinese restaurant tastes good. Special thanks to the concierge Li Yuqing, who took me to the back of the community to pick up the express delivery. Without her help, I would definitely not find it.

The bathroom sink smelled bad when used. After reporting it, they said they would arrange for someone to fix it. I called the hotel front desk the next night and asked about it. Finally, they said the seal was not good, so they replaced it and reinstalled it. But it still smelled bad after use. After confirmation, the sink drain pipe went straight down without the curved water valve. In addition, the rusty pipe on the ground had a large hole, and there was a large gap between the drain pipe and the ground pipe. The drain pipe looked like new. I didn't want to change rooms at night, so I plugged the exposed hole with paper and towels, and put some water in the sink to prevent odor. Is this the Sheraton's facilities? I don't know if other guests' rooms have odors. This is a problem reported by customers, but the maintenance is still dealing with it this way. They didn't even notify the guests after the repair.

The hotel is located in the new city of Chuzhou. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding has no peculiar smell. The surrounding food is decent. I especially recommend Chuweixuan, which is outside the hotel. The food is of good quality, has local characteristics and is frequented by locals. The hotel's facilities and equipment are a bit old, but it is well maintained and worth a thumbs up and recommendation! The breakfast has a rich variety of Chinese and Western food, and the buffet dinner is also worth a try. Less than 1 km from the hotel is Wuyue Plaza, where you can eat, drink and have fun. We recommend the Old Street Restaurant on the 4th floor of Wuyue Plaza, so go early as it is full of locals.
