Very unkempt and very empathetic front office service

Some notes on staying on 13/14-April-2024 Deluxe type - Hillview 1. The room wall is leaking/seeping 2. The bathroom seeps into the room carpet (smells) 3. The bedroom light is off 4. Towels were not prepared when checking in 5. The receptionist was not friendly 6. Warm water must be exchanged with other guests 7. Pillows are very thin 8. There is no free WiFi access Satisfactory facilities Swimming pool ✔️ Breakfast Menu ✔️ Location / view ✔️ Television ✔️

It's clean just because it's part of the old building... so that's understandable

The lack of a bathroom is the same, there are only 2 TV channels hehe, the rest is okay for the price

the staff are really old... FO is not friendly at all There was no solution when I got the wrong date to book the room. Finally I ordered another room straight away...

The place is good, the room is clean and comfortable, and there is a balcony and bathtub

The view is good But the minus bathroom is still better Delicious food

not suitable for bringing family, bathroom is not proper, fried rice, fried vermicelli, fried noodles, fried eggs..full karbo, for parents not suitable for going up and down stairs..

As for the view, the view is quite ok.. Service is not good at the time of reservation.. No coffee or tea. Only plain water. Inadequate facilities. km. Bath curtain not clean The usual breakfast is just fried rice

Good comfort, recommended for family holidays, family friendly

I really like the location, the building is a bit old, yes it looks but the swimming pool is comfortable. Just make repairs, the room curtains, the sheets, and the bathroom curtain are worn out. One more thing, the cleanliness of the bathroom is lacking, the floor doesn't seem like it's been brushed for a while, The others are okay, especially the scenery is really good.
