Hotel service politeness is average, for example, in my sprinkler confirmation, it states that the return is at 12 noon, but at 11 am, my room phone rang, a male hotel attendant informed me that I returned the goods at 11 am, and I asked back if it was not returned at 12 noon room, he replied in a very bad tone, our colleagues did not prompt you. I just answered no question, he immediately responded that a waiter would come to the room to clean up later. When I went to the service desk to check out and saw a male young waiter, after I took out the hotel confirmation to show him, he took a picture and said the reaction to the company, nothing else to say, really disappointed me

Temporary looking for a hotel to stay, the price is not bad, the service is very good The environment is very clean and parking is convenient. It is super convenient from the city. Next time. I will choose this room for my stay. Awesome.

Room had smoking smell and 9th floor had a great view of the lake but the room could be cleaner. Maybe fresh paint won’t hurt and clean the moldy area in bathroom, change light bulb would be nice, missing one in bathroom, elevator was out of service so had to carry luggage to first floor. Our 5th fl room two days ago was so much newer and cleaner. Not sure what happened. Shame!

The air conditioner in the room we originally booked suddenly turned out to be not cool before going to bed. The front desk staff immediately upgraded us to a new room without making us wait at all👍

The service and room facilities of Grace are very good, but since the restaurant was moved near the front desk, the variety and quality of the food and beverage environment are obviously not as good as before. So from the cost-effectiveness, it has not attracted me before.

The lady at the check-in counter at about 1700 that afternoon asked me kindly. I could upgrade to a double bed + large bathtub for an additional 100 yuan (originally booking online with Trip for 938 yuan). The total was 1038 yuan including 2 breakfasts. The price was affordable and acceptable. Suggest improvements to key issues 1. The black sofa is suspected to have stray hairs and dust 2. There are no sockets on the left and right sides of the bed, and the nearest one is longer than the average charging cable. 3. The air conditioner was running so loudly that I couldn’t sleep all night💣 4. It is recommended to provide disposable environmentally friendly slippers (reusable rubber slippers are provided on site)

The hotel is located quite far away actually and it is 15-20 mins walk to the old street. Our room has nice view over the dam and the river. There are some bugs in the onsen area of the room tho...

The transportation is very convenient. It is directly above the Dingxi MRT Station. It is very convenient to the attractions in Taipei. Especially if you have to take 2 stops to the East Gate, you can visit the Yongkang Street business district. The girlfriend directly calls ”It is tailor-made for her.” The hotel's accommodation environment is very comfortable, We stayed in a big bed room, it felt very warm, the shower in the bathroom was also very spacious, there was no sense of oppression in the general budget hotel. Free coffee is served in the ballroom. It is the kind that is full and can be drunk at any time. This is for me who is a heavy coffee lover. It is definitely a big gospel. There are many stores in the nearby business district, and the living function is very convenient. We highly recommend everyone to live!
