The room was clean and tidy. I was quite satisfied with my stay. The breakfast was okay. There is also a swimming pool. The water in the swimming pool is quite clean. The receptionist has a very good attitude. It is worth recommending.

Minus the construction on the roads, access to the hotel was a cinch. Check in was a breeze and the staff was great. Most of them spoke English which was a pleasant surprise.

Our stay was good and confortable. It would be great if the hotel offered a shuttle to and from key spots considering the other similar hotels in the area offer a shuttle service.

Excellent hotel at a good price in Cd del Carmen. It is situated in some sort of business center just out of the main road, very centric, and at the same time private. Plenty of parking space, very kind and efficient service, new, bigrooms, well appointed. There is a restaurant across the road that is very good, I suppose it is new (Hantik Seafood).

I brought my full family to this hotel due to a course I had to take in Ciudad del Carmen, breakfast was never served on time, I had to leave without eating to the training making my experience uncomfortable. Some employeed were nice but some werent at all, our floor corridors were dirty the 3 days we were at the hotel with the same garbage from the first day. My parents room was never cleaned during 3 days in a row.

I really wanted to like this hotel. It's a beautiful property, the room was spacious, and the breakfast was pretty good. Our issue was with towels for our room. We stayed for two nights. We arrived late the first night and noticed that we didn't have any towels and the garbage in the bathroom hadn't been emptied. We figured the person cleaning the room had been distracted and forgot. No problem. We called the front desk two washcloths, one bath towel, and a pool towel were quickly delivered. The next day after a long day out, we arrived to once again no towels and the garbage still full. I went to the front desk where I was assured the towels would be delivered in 5 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes, my husband called the front desk and was told the issue was being taken care of. After another 30 minutes, I found a young lady from housekeeping in the hallway and told her the situation. She assured me she'd bring us towels. After waiting another 30 minutes, I went to the front desk again. The head of housekeeping was called and said he would deliver the towels personally, which he did while I was returning to the room. We were given 2 pool towels (which had alberca written on them). No washcloths or hand towels. Clearly, the hotel doesn't have enough towels to accommodate everyone. This was a really frustrating experience, especially at a Hyatt hotel.

I have stayed here many times but this will be my last. The pros are the location and friendly staff. Breakfast is good too. Seems like the rooms are soundproof as you can't hear a thing from the outside. The cons are that the hotel carpets need a thorough cleaning 'cause the hallways and the rooms smell of dirt and mold. Also the towels need to be changed, they are old and feel like rags. The air conditioning inside the room makes a ton of noise

Worst beds ever! Like sleeping on a rock. Asked for room change and was told all beds were the same… went to another hotel

The lady when we check in was unfriendly and she didn’t want to help me with my medicine. The room washroom was flooring with washroom water. Telephone never answer. Not recommended

Great customer service

Exterior pics were accurate. Interior was disappointing. Booked a week stay based on the Hyatt brand, and the pics. The first room, the faucets leaked everywhere. They tried to fix it instead of moving us. It was broke again the next day. The bathroom had mold growing around the door frame. The carpet was gross. And windows do not open for fresh air. The business centre - no ink in the printer. Sorry, not professional to forwards prints to the front desk. They don’t like to clean units once there rented, or restock soap, coffee etc. First impression is important. When I got on the elevator and seen the broken tiles, and dirty walls I got nervous for what the room might look like. Getting off the elevator and seeing the dirty carpet and peeling wallpaper I knew I made a mistake booking a week.
