Sonesta ES Suites Cleveland Airport Reviews

The room was dirty with stains everywhere, sofa, curtains, towels, walls. There were roaches in the bathroom and also behind the curtain. The sink in the bathroom. It was clogged. We were received with a trash can in front of our room door full of trash and also all Around the floor. My advice don’t go regardless the review that giving them 4 or 5. They must be fake or from long time ago.

Worst hotel I EVER stayed in me and kids had to wait almost three hours to get on our room because the door lock was broke and they had no rooms left they tried to change us rooms after other people didn’t want there reservations because rooms where so nasty bugs and blood stains in both sweats they tried to switch us to booked for two nights and we ain’t get in room at 1:20am got to check in at 9:30pm and had to leave at 7am for event and my kids was scared to stay they said they would reimburse me and lied and said they gave me new room but they didn’t we went back and couldn’t get in room at 10am and had to wait again to get in so we left and checked out NASTY GROSS ROOMS PERIOD

Absolutely wonderful experience!! Have never heard of this hotel before but I will never go anywhere else now! Wonderful suite! Loved the fireplace Mattress was so comfy! Everything was perfect and the people working there were so incredibly kind and friendly! Awesome awesome awesome !!!

The room is large, about 12 minutes' drive from the airport, and the beautiful woman at the front desk is very welcoming. The only drawback is that there are very few waiters. Then, in fact, this hotel does not have a free shuttle bus. Therefore, we hope that the platform and hotels will update the information content and make it accurate.

The room is large and has a kitchen that is economical, but the toilet is dirty and the toilet is not cleaned, and neither body soap nor shampoo is provided. Fortunately, I brought my own.

I don't know how those good reviews come from, all the facilities are old stains visible to the naked eye, such as bathtubs, toilets, sofas, coffee machines, carpets, etc... When I checked out, other guests complained that the trash can was full of garbage. . Although the room is big, the room is not with the front desk. You have to drag your suitcase to find the room. The sound insulation is poor. You can hear the footsteps upstairs very clearly at night. It can only be said that it is a temporary stay

You can cook for yourself, all tableware is available, and the price/performance ratio is cheaper than surrounding hotels. Safety.

There was a fight above us which went on all night long we called the office no one ever came then they started fighting outside the doors was open back and forth all night long and it was constantly smoking in the hallway

It was a pretty cool first experience and I enjoyed it. I was able to cook and watch the football game.

Old property with very limited service. Rooms are old and it shows it. They offer pull out bed with out any linens and dish’s are dirty in the dish washer. All around not so great to stay.

The room itself was not too bad just outdated. The bathroom seems outdated and a bit dirty. Check in was at 3 but they didn’t have a room ready until 3:20pm. Hard to walk outside because the weather was so cold below 10 degrees. Majority of the time I watched tv and went to bed. The light in the bathroom if you leave it on too long the fire alarm would go off scared me.

We booked a king room with pull out sofa for 4 adults. We got to our room and there were no linens for the sofa. We called down to the front desk and were told that we had to come to get the sheets. They never said anything even though they knew we had 4. They refused to give any pillows for the sofa bed though. They said we were only allowed to have the amount of pillows that already came with the room for the king bed. The carpets were dirty and they no longer provide any airport shuttle or breakfast. I was disappointed because in the past Sonesta was such a wonderful place to stay but this was completely different now.
