Location: Good location near New Ross Staff: Professional and friendly. Food: Very tasty breakfast Room: Comfortable bed. Good size room (201). Bed was comfortable and a good size. Shower was lovely. Decor is a little dated. The hotel could do with a good face lift. A lick of paint. There were stains on the wall that needed cleaning or painting

Amazing food, clean and comfortable. A great place to stay on the way through southern Ireland off the ferry. The hoisin and chilli ribs are to die for, and the red wine and Guinness went down well. Service fabulous and attentive. Thank you Sean and Lianne Pontypool, S. Wales.

I felt a little anxious after reading reviews on Tripadvisor about this hotel. Nothing could be further from the truth. A great base to tour Wexford, N25 right outside New Ross, Waterford, Rosslare ,Wexford all a short drive away. The meals I ate were really good with a lot of local diners equally happy. Breakfast freshly cooked and hot, I ate here on 3 evenings and could not fault the food. I had a comfortable bed and all I needed for my 3 night stay. Maybe some reviewers need more ?? I would'nt have a problem staying or recommending this Hotel to family and friends

Very disappointing meal this evening. My friend and I both ordered fish and chips. Hers looked ok, two pieces of fish. Mine looked like a child’s portion!! I called the waiter and pointed out the contrast, he said mine was standard portion and hers was large!! We ordered the same!! He did bring me another piece which was fine, but the whole meal was bland. Overcooked fish in hard breadcrumb, greasy tasteless chips, and a strange salad with not even a bit of tomato. One of the worst meals I’ve had for a long time, and not cheap at €21.50 each!! Poor service too. Definitely won’t be returning!

Easy to find as you head from the ferry at Roslaire towards Waterford, ample parking and a very clean and tidy interior, bed was comfortable and no crazy pile of pillows. Large friendly bar/restaurant with speedy service and gluten free options.

the manners of the manager and owner needs to be severely adjusted... he thinks he's always right and wouldn't listen to reason his own lack of manners and atmosphere he created put me off my food, I wouldn't pay because of his manners.. he then barred me from the premises for very little reason I offered to pay for the food my friend ate because he hadn't ruined her food with snide comments. but I wouldn't pay for mine then it went from 0 to 100 on his side steer clear peep's he has the manners of a ........

This is an easy and comfortable stop on the road from Waterford to Wexford / Rosslare with plentiful easy parking. The car park even has a take away coffee dock called "The Hatch" We were greeted on arrival, promptly seated and our order was taken. The food was brought to our table without any undue delay and servers were polite and pleasant. My haddock main was fresh, well cooked and presented well on the plate whilst my companions thought his salmon daily special was a tasty dish. We ate our meal in spacious, comfortable surroundings. Importantly the server even came to the table during our meal to check that the dishes were satisfactory. The dishes ate as good as they looked and we left with our hunger sated and bellies full. I would certainly call again.
