"A really lovely hotel and country club which is tucked away in the beautiful countryside of West Sussex. The driveway is a wonderful welcome with all the purple rhododendrons in bloom. The decor of the entire hotel was contemporary mixed with tradition - loved it. We had amazing service which made us feel very welcome. We stayed in a family room within the hotel with an amazing view of the golf course (9th tee) - it was perfect; beautiful interior, comfortable bed and pillows, fluffy towels, great balcony, tea/coffee and biscuits and lovely toiletries. It had a lovely country cosy feel to the room and the entirety of the hotel. The service in the restaurant was brilliant and super friendly and the breakfast was superb - the perfect amount of choices. The view from restaurant was brilliant, the first tee! We used the health club in particular the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The changing rooms and showers were clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful as was the family cat 😊. The only slight down side was the swimming pool closed at 5:30pm for children. The golf pros in the golf shop were super friendly and made us feel welcome. We were pleasantly surprised how lovely this hotel was after booking very last minute, it was very reasonable and we would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. Highly recommended, thank you very much."

"Got soaked by the tap. No complimentary water, a small bottle costs 3.2 Euros. No air conditioning, and they lied, telling me London doesn't have AC, when in reality, other places do. I took a taxi here for 30 pounds, but apparently, bus route 100 goes directly. The pool costs extra. Service was also very poor. There's only one restaurant nearby, with a 30 Euro steak. It's very remote and I don't recommend it. Across the road is a village with no restaurants. The steak was bad, but there was no other option."

"I'm only pressing medium as I stayed in this hotel YEARS ago,it was ok but a bit worn. Arrangement prev'ly was leaving my car parked for 4-5 days but needed to be at airport at crack of dawn and caught their 4am shuttle. Needed same thing when I booked this time, needed their shuttle. Messaged them along with booking, qouted when I needed to be at LGW early, they failed to tell me the shuttle no longer existed. Duh. Only way to access place was by taxi, I loathe taxis and was quoted an excessive fare more than room cost! Disgusted. Even if I'd parked there how was I to get to airport??? No mention anywhere in booking pages. Total ******. Don't they read messages?? Certainly going to claim refund."
