This property is the most horrible place I've ever stayed in. The owner is Mr Arrogance himself, if you talk about these problems. He always points at this good reviews, but does nothing with the bad ones. Instead, he offends his customers. I'm sure the owner will reply on this review that I'm a fraud and nothing is true, so beware! We booked 2 nights, but we left in fear after 1 horrible night. - The property is not at all how it was described on the booking websites. It was advertised as a 5 star hotel with shower and 24/7 reception, while in reality it's just an Airbnb apartment without shower and no-one at the property to speak to. However, upon check-in, we still decided to stay as it looked nice. - The spa bad was leaking and from the mold / water marks on the walls and flooring (even behind and under the bed) we could tell this wasn't the first time. The entire room was soaked. We had to clean and dry everything during the first hours of our vacation. The cleaning water from the floor after the flood was black which I found very disturbing as all guests have to pay an extra €35 cleaning fee. At that time it was already too late to contact the owner. Secondly I also want to point out that the bad was not cleaned as it should be. Upon turning it on, plucks of hair and dead skin of previous guests came through the air and water outlets. So we had to clean the bad before we could use it. With the above we could still live. However, when we tried to sleep, we couldn't. The whole night we woke up from animals (rodents, mice, rats...?) running through the ceiling. It was just horrible. We noticed as well that one of the windows couldn't be closed or locked fully as well, meaning everyone with bad intentions could enter the room while we were away (or sleeping). This window could be opened easily from the balcony. This gave us a very unsafe and scary feeling. I slept with a knife on the bedside table because of the footsteps, that's how scary I was. Do yourself and your fellow travelers a favor, don't stay in this places. Don't fund these types of property's.

Great location, close to old town. Easy bus ride to train station. Hosts were very clear with instructions. Apartment was very nicely decorated. Spacious and very clean. Only thing i would like to perhaps inform othe visitors that there are stairs and we unfortunately had our room on 2nd (or 3rd depending on how you count) floor and it was an effort to carry luggage upstairs so be warned.

Mai avuta una esperienza tanto negativa in tutta la mia vita. Appartamento sporco, malfunzionante e probabilmente non a norma. L’ host è ancora peggio. Innanzitutto la vasca idromassaggio aveva una perdita che ha allagato tutto l’ appartamento. Il proprietario anziché intervenire tempestivamente ci ha fatto mandare degli asciugamani per pulire ( NOI ) il disastro, ed un idraulico solo il giorno dopo. La sera successiva improvvisamente il contatore elettrico comincia a fare un rumore fortissimo derivante da qualche guasto interno che non ci ha fatto dormire. In questo caso, non ha fatto nient’altro che mandarci un messaggio per dirci “di non preoccuparci perché era tutto ok” Da denuncia

Questa struttura è un insulto a tutti gli host che lavorano in maniera soda e onesta. Ho passato due notti da incubo. Oltre al fatto che è sporco l'intero appartamento. Nella prima notte, la vasca idromassaggio ha allagato tutto il bagno quasi fino alla porta di entrata per un guasto tecnico. Abbiamo dovuto asciugare e pulire da soli perché l'host non si è degnato di darci un minimo di assistenza, se non mandarci altri asciugamani. Ha solo detto domani verrà l'idraulico. La notte dopo improvvisamente il contatore elettrico comincia a fare un rumore fortissimo e alquanto preoccupante. Segno sicuramente di un guasto interno. Questo rumore è durato tutta la notte e non ci ha permesso di chiudere occhio. L'host è stato contattato alle 22 e ha fatto finta di non aver letto i messaggi né sentito le chiamate (Aveva però le spunte blu su WhatsApp). Anche in questa occasione ci ha lasciato in balia di un appartamento non sicuro, dicendoci domani mando l'elettricista. Vergogna.

Te lo venden como 5 estrellas, pero en realidad es un 2, con buena voluntad sería un 3 estrellas. Lo mejor, la ubicación Lo peor subir tres pisos (50 escalones) en un edificio viejo. Tiene una habitación, baño con buena ducha, pero moja el baño porque tiene una cortina que no evita que el agua moje todo el piso Sala de estar con un sillón, TV mesa y tres sillas. Cocina con cafetera, microondas, heladera. El desayuno está incluido, tenés té y café, a 20 mts hay una panadería donde vas a buscar sin cargo para el desayuno No tiene aire acondicionado, si te tocan días de mucho calor, es un problema porque el apartamento es caluroso, solo tiene un ventilador Te dejan las explicaciones en español.

Centraal gelegen, ideaal om op korte wandelafstand de stad te verkennen. Kamer was wel 'oldscool' ingericht. Was wel oké voor 1 nacht. Voor ontbijt moest je wel zelf naar de bakker met een gratis (in de prijs inbegrepen) voycher. Was wel zeer uitgebreid.

Chambre très sale , plein de poussières , soi-disant pour 4 Seulement 3 fourchettes , 3 cuillères . Canapé cassé et prévus pour adultes , au 5 éme étages . Très bien si vous êtes handicapé. Personnes pour vous accueillir Je ne peux pas envoyer d'autres photos

AYANT fait une erreur chez booking, nous avons pris contact avec Michel le patron il nous proposa une autre date, ce que nous avons acceptés, mais derrière notre dos il donnait une tout autre histoire chez booking et refusait de changer l'inscription. Ce typa est malhonnête et tout ça pour garder les 154 euros, sans devoir fournir un service.

La salle de bain n’était pas chauffée, le spa et les toilettes fuyaient. Cela n’est aucunement représentatif d’une Résidence Suite et le propriétaire n’a pas été à notre écoute lorsqu’on lui a dit à la fin de notre séjour que le spa fuyait. Tout la salle de bain est à revoir.
