"We booked two deluxe double rooms. One was acceptable, a standard deluxe room, but the other was very disappointing. After we raised our concerns, we were moved to a different room. Although it was slightly better, it was still far from satisfactory: the sink wouldn't drain properly, which was quite inconvenient, and the entire bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell. The facilities were completely substandard for a 4-star hotel. It simply wasn't worth the price."

"About 10 mins walk from colmar station. Housekeeper is good, they folded our Pyjamas. However, there is a dried pee smell in the toilet area, although it looks clean. Could be the toilet bowl surface or the flooring that is permanently stained."

It's about a 12-minute walk to Colmar's 'Little Venice'. The hotel lobby takes up very little space, and public areas are limited, but there is a free indoor swimming pool. The rooms are spacious, with a kitchenette and a sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed had already been made up for us upon arrival. I booked two identical balcony rooms, but they were on different floors. Mine was a one-bedroom apartment with a balcony on the ground floor. This 'balcony' was merely an open space facing the parking lot with no privacy whatsoever. Compared to the other room upstairs, which had a spacious balcony, the value for money was significantly better for that one. The shower in the ground-floor room had no glass partition, only a shower curtain. The curtain easily sticks to you while showering, and if it's not kept entirely within the small tub, the whole bathroom floods. The kitchenette is quite useful; although the induction hob isn't suitable for stir-frying, it's perfectly fine for simple cooking. Pros: Close to the Old Town and quiet, with a kitchenette. Cons: Difficult-to-find parking. The hotel's main entrance is at a street intersection, surrounded by many complex, narrow roads, some of which are restricted. We drove around the hotel three times without finding the parking lot. In the end, a friend had to get the parking code from the front desk and guide us in. The parking is located behind the hotel, but the address on the website is only for the main entrance. Driving to the main entrance doesn't allow for parking, as the parking lot is in a completely different location. If the hotel had provided the exact parking address, we wouldn't have driven in circles. Parking is also quite expensive at 13 euros per day. I booked a balcony room, but the ground-floor one was a 'fake' balcony, offering poor value for the same price. It would be much better if they used flowers or other decorations to screen off the balcony from the parking lot, creating a sense of separation. The shower in the ground-floor room did not match the online photos; there was no glass shower enclosure, unlike the room on the second floor. This makes the ground-floor room seem very poor value."

"The location is one kilometer away from the city center and can be reached on foot. Parking at the door is convenient and free. The room was clean and cozy, and slippers were provided which was very unexpected. The front desk staff was courteous and very friendly. The breakfast is rich and the staff will ask you what you want to drink and then make it for you. You can also help yourself. The juice pressing machine is quite interesting."

"It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station and about a 10-minute walk from Little Venice. When I first arrived, I thought I had booked a room too far from Little Venice! But when I entered the tourist area, I found that it was all cobblestone roads, and it might be troublesome to drag luggage. I was glad that I booked a room near the station, with flat roads, easy to pull luggage, and a flat elevator, so I didn't have to carry luggage... Breakfast is 13 euros per person, I personally think the cost-effectiveness is low, I suggest eating breakfast outside (the price is similar and richer) For solo travelers, this hotel is worth booking, it's very convenient to move alone... You can also rent a car from Avis at the train station and drive to the suburbs, and parking at the hotel entrance is free! Great 👍 As for the room, it's the same as the photo. I live in the top floor room, which really has angled windows and is very retro... In terms of price, it should be considered a hotel with a high cost-effectiveness in Colmar! Recommended 👍"

"It is very convenient to travel and the accommodation is in a quiet location. There are museums and many restaurants around. The towels in the hotel are very comfortable and the thickness is comparable to that of a five-star hotel. The toiletries are elegant and fragrant, just like French perfume."

"We arrived late due to major train delays. By the time we arrived, the hotel reception was closed and door locked. We was a little bit worried. However we had a turn of events and phoned the late night number. Here the hotel excelled as let us in by sharing the access code and had left a room open with a key activated on the bed so we could rest up. The room was clean and has a good modern bathroom with a walkin shower. In the morning our kind and lovely receptionist Danae was very helpful and allowed us to have free coffee and pastries, before we left to explore Colmar."

"This hotel was central in Colmar. It was a lovely hotel with good amenities. We booked it as it had a private car park and we were travelling so needed it to be secure. It was- in an underground car park. This was great except we were charged €20 for this. We expected a small charge but felt that this charge should have been mentioned on the hotel details. We might have chosen a better hotel for this extra amount."
