DDebraWe loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted by friendly, helpful staff. Our room was lovely and we appreciated the complimentary water and the little treats left during turn down service. The hotel is a short walk from the pretty town centre and we loved the spa. Breakfast was great - plenty of choice and very high quality food, all served with a smile. We’ll definitely be back, thank you.

Breakfast starts at 6 am, which is really good and appreciated..I was able to catch the early morning train after a nice breakfast at the hotel, great 👍
During my check-in, when I politely ask for any power adaptor that I can loan, the receptionist was not very willing to look for anything. She told me to come back later and request. A bad first impression on the courtesy from the hotel staff.

GGuest UserThe location is one kilometer away from the city center and can be reached on foot. Parking at the door is convenient and free. The room was clean and cozy, and slippers were provided which was very unexpected. The front desk staff was courteous and very friendly. The breakfast is rich and the staff will ask you what you want to drink and then make it for you. You can also help yourself. The juice pressing machine is quite interesting.

GGuest UserOn the side of the road, there's a huge plot of land with a parking lot outside the lobby. The two Chinese staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home! There's a Carrefour supermarket in this area, just a 10-minute drive away! My companion said they saw the Statue of Liberty by the roadside—it's the hometown of the Statue of Liberty! The elevators, as always, are very small.

GGuest UserStaying here for two days is definitely the best choice! Right at the entrance of Little Venice, a very beautiful hotel, decorated in a very French style, romantic and warm, with a very good location. You can see the beautiful scenery of the small bridges and flowing water in Little Venice from the window. During the day, there are many tourists on the bridges, and in the early morning and evening, it is quiet like another world. In the morning, stand by the window with a cup of coffee and enjoy the humid and fresh air of Colmar. In the evening, when the crowds retreat, a glass of Alsace Riesling can sweep away the fatigue of the day! At noon, it is even easier. Downstairs are the two most beautiful restaurants in Colmar. Eating a delicious big elbow with a glass of Burgundy wine in the sun or in the rain can make people feel lazy and soft.• Next to the small square outside is the ”Chinese restaurant” where **, Shu Qi, and Su Youpeng filmed, but now it has been changed to another French restaurant.

LLeo-BBThe hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the train station. Because Colmar has a lot of steps, it is very inconvenient to drag the luggage. The hotel is very good, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic, and after taking the check-in, we also led us to the room, it felt great.

GGuest UserWe arrived late due to major train delays. By the time we arrived, the hotel reception was closed and door locked. We was a little bit worried. However we had a turn of events and phoned the late night number. Here the hotel excelled as let us in by sharing the access code and had left a room open with a key activated on the bed so we could rest up. The room was clean and has a good modern bathroom with a walkin shower. In the morning our kind and lovely receptionist Danae was very helpful and allowed us to have free coffee and pastries, before we left to explore Colmar.

AAnonymous UserA very perfect stay. The hotel room is very spacious and clean, and the room is equipped with a coffee machine. The English at the front desk is very good and the service is very thoughtful. The only downside is that the hotel is very new. Their own restaurant and cafe have not yet opened, but there is a very good cafe on the corner 20 meters away from the hotel, so it does not affect the quality of the accommodation. The hotel does not have its own parking space in the center of the city. There are parking spaces around and in the nearby main street, and the price is very cheap. We just happened to be in time for the olive picking season. The hotel also arranged for us to visit their boss's own olive garden and personally pick the experience. They arranged their own olive oil taste picnic in the olive garden. After that, they also participated in the production of their own olive oil extraction workshop. Make the whole process. The first time in life, I experienced olive oil production, which was very memorable. In the middle, just in time for the birthday of my peers, the hotel also arranged surprise bouquets and red wine, which was really intimate.

AArchDragonDo note that this is a serviced apartment, located about a 10 to 15 minute walk in a straight line from Gare de Colmar, depending on your pace.
The accommodation is very clean and quiet. The room is well-equipped with a mini kitchen, fridge, and microwave, and it even has a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.
The only downside was the kettle, which wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. When I boiled water twice, it turned cloudy, so I eventually bought bottled water instead.
The bathroom was spotless, and bath soap was provided. However, if you prefer liquid shampoo and body wash, I recommend bringing your own.
You can also enjoy a lovely backyard, ideal for sitting outside under the sun or stars. There’s even a swimming pool, though I didn’t use it since I hadn’t packed swimwear.
Overall, I had a wonderful and comfortable stay here. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and convenient place with everything you need for daily comfort.

Location: Situated on the edge of Colmar's Old Town, you just cross the street from the hotel and walk straight to reach it. It's about a 12-minute walk to Colmar's 'Little Venice'.
The hotel lobby takes up very little space, and public areas are limited, but there is a free indoor swimming pool. The rooms are spacious, with a kitchenette and a sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed had already been made up for us upon arrival. I booked two identical balcony rooms, but they were on different floors. Mine was a one-bedroom apartment with a balcony on the ground floor. This 'balcony' was merely an open space facing the parking lot with no privacy whatsoever. Compared to the other room upstairs, which had a spacious balcony, the value for money was significantly better for that one. The shower in the ground-floor room had no glass partition, only a shower curtain. The curtain easily sticks to you while showering, and if it's not kept entirely within the small tub, the whole bathroom floods. The kitchenette is quite useful; although the induction hob isn't suitable for stir-frying, it's perfectly fine for simple cooking.
Pros: Close to the Old Town and quiet, with a kitchenette.
Cons: Difficult-to-find parking. The hotel's main entrance is at a street intersection, surrounded by many complex, narrow roads, some of which are restricted. We drove around the hotel three times without finding the parking lot. In the end, a friend had to get the parking code from the front desk and guide us in. The parking is located behind the hotel, but the address on the website is only for the main entrance. Driving to the main entrance doesn't allow for parking, as the parking lot is in a completely different location. If the hotel had provided the exact parking address, we wouldn't have driven in circles. Parking is also quite expensive at 13 euros per day. I booked a balcony room, but the ground-floor one was a 'fake' balcony, offering poor value for the same price. It would be much better if they used flowers or other decorations to screen off the balcony from the parking lot, creating a sense of separation. The shower in the ground-floor room did not match the online photos; there was no glass shower enclosure, unlike the room on the second floor. This makes the ground-floor room seem very poor value.
