Colmar Hotels with Parking

The hotel is classic and beautifully designed, offering a timeless charm. The view from the room was stunning and added to the overall experience. Breakfast was marvelous, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making the stay feel warm and welcoming. It is at a walking distance. A very beautiful hotel with cleaning, renovated rooms and helpful staff. We made two room reservations for both families. They were both very beautiful. The Gutenberg hotel in Strasbourg was also very beautiful for the Diana group. Thank you.

The hotel is located in the heart of Colmar, at the town's entrance and exit, making it easily accessible. However, parking in the town is extremely difficult. I was incredibly lucky; a car was just leaving its spot, and I immediately pulled in. The hotel itself is a famous Colmar landmark and an antique. The rooms are small, but the furniture is classic and exudes an aristocratic atmosphere. The hotel restaurant is a Michelin one-star restaurant; we had venison for dinner, and the wine was also excellent. The hotel is surrounded by tourist attractions, with flowers in full bloom. The hotel is very close to all the attractions, just a few minutes' walk away.

Everything was perfect except for the slightly simple breakfast. The location is excellent, right opposite the big park and on the main road. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the train station and just a minute to the city theater. From there, you can follow a 'treasure map' to start your classic old town tour, hitting attractions from number one in order. The room was very clean, and the toilet and shower were separate. The air conditioning temperature was just right. The lobby on the first floor had a great ambiance. All in all, it offers excellent value for money.

We arrived late due to major train delays. By the time we arrived, the hotel reception was closed and door locked. We was a little bit worried. However we had a turn of events and phoned the late night number. Here the hotel excelled as let us in by sharing the access code and had left a room open with a key activated on the bed so we could rest up. The room was clean and has a good modern bathroom with a walkin shower. In the morning our kind and lovely receptionist Danae was very helpful and allowed us to have free coffee and pastries, before we left to explore Colmar.

The hotel was new, clean, and tidy. Most importantly, the air conditioning was very effective and it was close to the attractions—about a 3-minute walk from the restaurant's side entrance. Thumbs up! 👍🏻 The front desk staff were polite and patient in answering our questions. We were upgraded to an executive floor room free of charge and received a small gift. Breakfast had everything we needed, which was standard.

Do note that this is a serviced apartment, located about a 10 to 15 minute walk in a straight line from Gare de Colmar, depending on your pace. The accommodation is very clean and quiet. The room is well-equipped with a mini kitchen, fridge, and microwave, and it even has a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The only downside was the kettle, which wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. When I boiled water twice, it turned cloudy, so I eventually bought bottled water instead. The bathroom was spotless, and bath soap was provided. However, if you prefer liquid shampoo and body wash, I recommend bringing your own. You can also enjoy a lovely backyard, ideal for sitting outside under the sun or stars. There’s even a swimming pool, though I didn’t use it since I hadn’t packed swimwear. Overall, I had a wonderful and comfortable stay here. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and convenient place with everything you need for daily comfort.

The room was nice, with a balcony and furniture. I arrived on a Sunday, so almost all shops were closed except for a few restaurants. There were quite a few tourists at the attractions, and the open restaurants had long queues. The hotel's parking lot was quite spacious.

Stayed at the time of the French heat wave. There is no air conditioner. Minimum room but clean. It is recommended to go by bus from the station. It takes about 30 minutes on foot and a few minutes from the bus stop. It takes about 15 minutes to reach the old town. The water server was also at the reception and I was able to drink a lot of water when it was hot.
