"The main advantage is its proximity to Terminal 5, though you'll need to take an airport shuttle, which takes about ten minutes. It's clean and tidy, and the room isn't small. The breakfast is a huge plus, perfect for catching an early flight afterwards. Perhaps because of its affordable price, it seems to have a high occupancy rate, as checking in took a bit longer."

The service and food were poor, and there was an elementary breakfast with cheap ingredients. The swimming pool floor is also slippery and unsafe. We do not recommend this hotel to stay again."

It’s consistently clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the facilities we expect. The staff are friendly, however, one young man, B. Srinivasa, stood out. We had a few upcoming bookings and initially confused our confirmation numbers, but he quickly and efficiently sorted it out with a friendly smile. This was during peak check-in time. There was no fuss or drama—just exceptional customer service. He resolved our issues and handled other customers seamlessly, ensuring no one felt frustrated or unattended."
