I stayed at Ceylon StayZ Hostel for a night upon arriving in Colombo, and it was an amazing experience! The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming, creating a super friendly vibe that makes you feel at home instantly. The AC dorms were comfortable, and the breakfast was not only big but also delicious! The hostel is located in Cinnamon Gardens, one of the best areas in Colombo. The highlight of my stay was the 2-hour walking tour organized by the hostel, led by two bright and talented kids (11 and 12 years old). Their passion and knowledge about the area were truly impressive, and the best part—it’s free of cost! Highly recommend this place for solo travelers and backpackers looking for great hospitality, comfort, and a local experience. Would 100% stay here again! 👏✨
