We booked this trip very last minute, but we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and luxurious environment. You can tell that everything has been thought through very carefully. Even the slightest details are visibly impressive. We would definitely recommend booking your stay at this amazing hotel. The restaurants and staff are everything you could hope for—everyone is so friendly, no matter when or where you go. The team working around the pool goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible, with a special thanks to Michelle, Diege, Alvaro, Andrea, and Daniel.

Had a great holiday at Royal Hideaway Suites......great for relaxing- great private sun terrace in suites....very quiet but still buzzy. Bed very comfortable.....very very clean. Great restaurants in hotel but also very close to all restaurants in La Caleta - the village is a mix of local life and tourist restaurants specializing mainly in fresh fish dishes. All round fantastic holiday

First time in a luxury hotel and this was a great experience. A very nice and spacious room, equipped with everything you need, feels like home. Great view from the balcony of the beach and a sunset over La Gomera. We loved sleeping with the sound of the waves. The room was kept very clean throughout our entire stay. The breakfast is gorgeous, the variety of foods and drinks offered is huge. The staff was very friendly, bringing us drinks and cleaning the table efficiently. And of course, coming to breakfast you will be warmly greeted and seated. The hotel staff made a great impression, from the warm welcome at the reception to the kind attention at breakfast, room service, and beyond. We really liked the quiet atmosphere around the hotel, far from the tourist masses. The only disturbing noise was the music from the beach bar late in the evening. There are plenty of good restaurants to choose from either in the hotel itself or in La Caleta village, everything is within walking distance. La Enramada beach is nice and not crowded. Playa del Duque is a contrast, if you come late you will have a hard time finding a sunbed. The golden sand beach in Santa Cruz is much better than del Duque.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Stayed in a delux Vila with my family. The service was outstanding- room was cleaned daily to a deep clean standard (in my humble opinion having once managed housekeeping services in 5 star hotels), turn down service daily, the staff at the restaurants/reception/pool were extremely pleasant and helpful! We couldn’t be more pleased with our choice of hotel! One of the best holidays we have had!

Can not fault this hotel and it's staff. From the minute we arrived the staff couldnt do enough for us and were incredibly polite any time we seen them throughout the day. What ever you need they will do there best to sort or help you get what you need. Hotel is beautiful and rooms we're spacious and had beautiful views of the bay. Restaurants on site served up fantastic food and had a great on site shops. La caleta where the hotel is, is lovely and quite with some beautiful places to visit only a short bus ride into the other towns / villages. Couldn't thank them enough and would visit again

Stayed for 8 nights. Hotel and grounds are gorgeous. All staff were fantastic- so friendly, helpful and professional. Quality and selection at breakfast was truly amazing. Suites are so spacious and well looked after. Housekeeping visit twice a day with lovely touches such as leaving chocolates on pillows. Beds are so so comfortable! Pool area is beautiful, always enough sun loungers and service from starfish for snacks and drinks was quick and food was delicious. Best evening meal of our holiday was at the Starfish- delicious food and exceptional service. Room service meals and service was also brilliant. Super location in La Caleta, lots of lovely restaurants and a few little shops close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Probably the best hotel experience both my wife and I have ever had. Food was excellent, varied and fresh. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Room was ultra spacious with beautiful sea view balcony.
