Lovely hotel set close to the small fishing village away from the hustle and bustle of Costa Adele main. The choice of rooms, pools, bars and restaurants is outstanding. Wouldn’t hesitate to return

I`ll keep this brief because it will echo the sentiment of every other 5 star review this hotel has received. From arrival to departure, everything was perfect, stunning, and every bit a 5 star experience. The check-in was exceptional. The room was exquisite. The terrace and views were beautiful. Everything smelt incredible and clean. The staff, every single one of them make you feel welcome. We are worldly travellers and have never once stayed twice at the same hotel. Corales Suites has changed that. We will be returning again next year and can see why so many of the guests here during our stay were repeat customers. I should add that the area surrounding the hotel has plenty of lovely restaurants, and with Adeje a short drive away or a 20-30 minute coastal walk, it opens up to more bars and restaurants that will keep you going for months. I was here for my birthday and we returned from a bike trip in the mountains to a bottle of bubbles and a cake. It was such a lovely treat. Sad to leave, but we look forward to our return next March.

Another wonderful holiday at the Royal Hideaway. The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are large with every accessory and cleaned twice a day. A great position near loads of great restaurants. I can’t recommend it highly enough. As an accredited travel agent I always recommend it to clients who want a 5* hotel in Tenerife.

Loved most things about this hotel. Huge spacious suite, but we didnt like the semi open plan design of the toilet. Ok for a couple, but not a family! Also lighting was too complicated and high tech. We stayed for 14 nights and I still couldnt work out the many light switches!

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Such a lovely area in La Caleta. The hotel exceeded all expectations and the accommodation was of the highest quality. Staff all extremely helpful. We had a fabulous stay. The breakfast was amazing overlooking the sea!

Back again to the best hotel in Tenerife. If you’re looking for a place to switch off and relax this is the hotel to visit. Special mention for Patricia who cleaned our room what a star she deserves a pay rise. Easy check in and out I would highly recommend a visit.

We LOVED our apartment "villa" duplex with private pool. Servicing of the room twice daily was EXCELLENT. We are VEGANS and had communications with the team well in advance of our arrival, but the kitchen was STILL unprepared despite assurances to the contrary. Once we arrived for our first breakfast though, we were EXCEPTIONALLY well looked-after by JUSTINA who is an OUTSTANDING staff member. We had high hopes of dinners in the hotel but, as vegans, they were VERY DISAPPOINTED! We had 2 dinners there out of 6 and they were NOT GOOD. We found massively better food and massively better value in independent restaurants outside the hotel. One dinner at the buffet restaurant, Nao, with ominvore guests was REALLY BAD! 221 euros for a very poor dinner for 4. Even the ominvores were profoundly disappointed! It's a great shame because the staff try really hard. We think poor management is the issue here because the staff really STRIVE TO PLEASE but they are not given the tools to make that possible.

100% Fantastic. Staff who will always help you. Nothing is to much trouble and the rooms have everything you need. We will be staying here next year.
