Currently here now and where family of 5 with 2 rooms on tabaiba side, we upgraded to he prestige suite and it’s absolutely amazing, highly recommend. Hotel is really nice, food is great, lots of choices for breakfast, Lunch and dinner, we tried both Ala cartes and we preferred the Italian but both were a nice change. Evening singers in bars are a nice touch. Had a day at Anfi del Mar beach which was great, lots of restaurants and bars, and great shopping centre, had Pandora and lots of perfumes and aftershaves at great prices!! We also had a night in Puerto Rico Mogán mall, which was great for shopping and lots of really lovely restaurants if u fancy a night out. Tips- bring a kettle of in standard room, prestige suite already has this and coffee machine, and drink cup for the day as keeps ur drink cold all day which you can refill at the bar. We would definitely come back and you don’t have to get up at ridiculous hours to reserve Sunbeds as the towels are removed if no one is on the beds up till 10am, which is added bonus

Where to start with this one guys? My girlfriend and I booked the all-inclusive package deal for 1 week through TUI, whom I have to say, were great, very helpful, informative and friendly. We got our transfer from the airport direct and upon arrival was pleasantly surprised, a very grand, large, clean and nicely laid out hotel. However, things slowly started to unravel. We checked into reception (and I'm not sure why noone else in the reviews has mentioned this), besides the check in itself taking 10-15 minutes, were given wristbands to wear for the week to signify our all-inclusive package. Maybe it's just me, however, I really didn't like this, I've stayed in 4*/5* half boards previously, and never worn a wristband so it just came across as unorganised and quite tacky. On to the room, it was clean, it was nice, it was okay but definitely not 4*. Bed was firm which was more to mine than my girlfriends preference, and again that's just preference, however, 4* hotel with badly painted and stained walls, pen marks on the bedsheets, toilet door also stained with pain and chipped at the bottom, bedroom door doesn't close properly, no iron or ironing board in sight, no kettle for tea and coffee, fridge was uncleaned and this was just the inside, let alone all the marks and stains in the hallway.....I had to check I wasn't misreading 4*. Speaking of hallways, when room service came to clean the rooms, they always left empty glasses outside the rooms on the hallway floor, which doesn't scream 4* either and just made the hallways looks messy. Next up and I'll put these together, the service and food - wow. 2 words: chaotic & unorganised. Breakfast, lunch and dinner - sometimes you get escorted to your seat, sometimes you don't, sometimes you're greeted, sometimes you're not, I mean the level of unorganisation was almost a feat in itself. The food itself was....averags. Poor selection even for a buffet style and beyond that bland and poorly cooked, I'm not expecting it to be fresh all the time when your running a buffet style, I am expecting for the price though, that it be quality cooked, not underdone, not overdone and not cold, all of which were a recurring theme. Drinks weren't much better, 4* hotel and the lack of options were baffling, both included and also the additional to be paid, such a huge lack of options for cocktails. Areas and pools - it was okay. The main demographic here is clearly young families with children and retirees, as for the size of the hotel the smallest section was actually the adults only area. Entertainment also lacked. Our room was on the ground floor 2 doors away from the bar/events area and guess what they have every night...LOUD entertainment, which there's no escaping even through 2 doors as bedrooms here are NOT soundproof by any means, so if you were looking to have a quiet earlier night, you will not find that here. I might be being critical by saying this, however, I feel that this is a tourist tr

After having decided to go on a big family holiday (age range 6mths - grandparents) this all inclusive hotel was deemed to be a good choice. In fact, it was a great choice; there was something for everyone, safe children’s spaces to swim and play and adult only pool area with bar, all set in a lush tropical setting. An extensive choice of hot or cold food and drinks were available all day into the evening, freshly prepared and well presented. You just have to go and help yourself to whatever you fancy! The entertainment team ensured a fun vibe during the day, we had a blast at the foam party, won bingo and loved the water aerobics session! The children’s dance party in the evening kept our little ones busy until bedtime and the shows that followed (Abba, Michael Jackson) were very well executed by all of the team, thoroughly enjoyable. The entertainment continued in the Terazza bar with singers, a perfect end to the day. Thank you to all of the teams that work here, from our greeting at reception, maids who kept our room spotless, the chefs and restaurant teams, the bar staff, photographer and not forgetting the entertainment team… Finally, a shout out to the brilliantly talented JJ, we hope to see you there next year as we are already thinking about returning!

A great luxurious hotel with lots of amenities and daily fun activities to join in. Two superb outdoor buffet bars with as much food as you can eat and lots of selections. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Recommended

What can I say except 8 days here with a family with young kids is the best holiday you could book. This hotel caters for young, old, kids and all in between. Cass & Mag in the mini club had both our 8 and 4 year old skipping to both sessions every day, they made the kids feel so special & welcome! The quizzes and shows were super entertaining for all ages on the main stage. The snack bars for the kids by the pool during the day were excellent with both fast food and healthy options. The adult pool was a welcome break when the kids were at mini club with lovely cocktails to unwind and read a book. My only critique is AI plus at breakfast for fresh orange juice was not encouraged and we had to chase staff to do this so only had it one out of 8 mornings. The aqua park is a great area for all ages with lifeguards always keeping an eye on the children’s safety. We will be back! Thank you!

Just got back from a 10 night holiday and its just what we needed after Christmas and the new year. Weve been coming to this hotel for over 10 years now mainly in January to get away from the cold uk weather. Ive seen so many negative reviews and i don’t understand why? Travel from the airport was easy and stress free. Checked in and the lady noticed we had been here so many times shes told us we will know more than she does and we are VIPs which made us smile. The room was very clean, comfortable bed and a big walk in shower. We had the same woman in to clean our room most of the time and she was so lovely, cheerful and did a brilliant job. Breakfast and evening meal has a brilliant selection to cater for so many people. The food is always hot and fresh. Theres one lady that manages the tabaiba side restaurant and she is so nice and runs it brilliantly when shes off for the day it can become a little less organised but still good. We used the snack bars in the day time as they are easy for when you are round the pool. You can get food and drink majority of the time while your here. The Balinese beds have gone up in price this year but this didnt stop us. We really enjoy using them. The main pool is very cold this time of year but theres 2 other pools that are nice to cool off in. Overall a brilliant holiday. Cant wait to go back

We stayed at Maspalomas Princess hotel in January 2025 and such an amazing hotel with the best services. Super friendly staff, wonderful programs during the day for different group of people with different interests. The Kids club staff were super nice and our kids loved them. Food, drinks and snacks were available 7:30 am to 10:30 pm. The wifi quality was poor which I hope it will. E improved in close future.

We went back to this hotel20 years later. Our first visit was with our baby son and this time it was as a couple. So this time - the hotel surroundings are lovely, the adult pool was nice to be away from the children- been there done that - but it could be so much more….. When we arrived the hotel check in was chaotic and slow. This needs serious attention to sort this out. It was ridiculous. Our room was pretty standard and it was nice to have a bath as not too many hotels have then nowadays. However the air conditioning was faulty and soaked the wall all over where the unit was and I reported it but nothing happened….. it stayed wet the whole holiday. The room had no kettle or anything to drink in the fridge which is something I’m not used to from a platinum hotel. The restaurant had good choice of food but the food was cold and when someone complained about this they were told to use the microwave - really on a hotel of this standard you microwave your food? Also it was so annoying to be queuing to go into the restaurant for a table when there were loads of free tables when you walked through - and I couldn’t choose where I sat. I hate sitting so close to others and I was told where to sit! Also sometimes you were right by a child that was just screaming which was really not relaxing. I have children but they behaved when we were in a restaurant or I took them out so not to bother others. The hotel was supposed to be split so children and young families in the Maspalomas side only - we had a great room location by the spa but absolutely no view which was so disappointing and loads of kids running up and down the corridor screaming and the hotel didn’t do anything to stop this. We paid more for the room for this reason and another couple we met were in the other side and got upgraded to a high floor bigger room on our side of the hotel. How does that happen? As I said it was ok and the grounds were lovely but the hotel could be so much more….. would I return - probably go back to the Barcelona in playa del ingles or stay down the front in melondronas adult only hotel.
