Where to start with this one guys? My girlfriend and I booked the all-inclusive package deal for 1 week through TUI, whom I have to say, were great, very helpful, informative and friendly. We got our transfer from the airport direct and upon arrival was pleasantly surprised, a very grand, large, clean and nicely laid out hotel. However, things slowly started to unravel. We checked into reception (and I'm not sure why noone else in the reviews has mentioned this), besides the check in itself taking 10-15 minutes, were given wristbands to wear for the week to signify our all-inclusive package. Maybe it's just me, however, I really didn't like this, I've stayed in 4*/5* half boards previously, and never worn a wristband so it just came across as unorganised and quite tacky. On to the room, it was clean, it was nice, it was okay but definitely not 4*. Bed was firm which was more to mine than my girlfriends preference, and again that's just preference, however, 4* hotel with badly painted and stained walls, pen marks on the bedsheets, toilet door also stained with pain and chipped at the bottom, bedroom door doesn't close properly, no iron or ironing board in sight, no kettle for tea and coffee, fridge was uncleaned and this was just the inside, let alone all the marks and stains in the hallway.....I had to check I wasn't misreading 4*. Speaking of hallways, when room service came to clean the rooms, they always left empty glasses outside the rooms on the hallway floor, which doesn't scream 4* either and just made the hallways looks messy. Next up and I'll put these together, the service and food - wow. 2 words: chaotic & unorganised. Breakfast, lunch and dinner - sometimes you get escorted to your seat, sometimes you don't, sometimes you're greeted, sometimes you're not, I mean the level of unorganisation was almost a feat in itself. The food itself was....averags. Poor selection even for a buffet style and beyond that bland and poorly cooked, I'm not expecting it to be fresh all the time when your running a buffet style, I am expecting for the price though, that it be quality cooked, not underdone, not overdone and not cold, all of which were a recurring theme. Drinks weren't much better, 4* hotel and the lack of options were baffling, both included and also the additional to be paid, such a huge lack of options for cocktails. Areas and pools - it was okay. The main demographic here is clearly young families with children and retirees, as for the size of the hotel the smallest section was actually the adults only area. Entertainment also lacked. Our room was on the ground floor 2 doors away from the bar/events area and guess what they have every night...LOUD entertainment, which there's no escaping even through 2 doors as bedrooms here are NOT soundproof by any means, so if you were looking to have a quiet earlier night, you will not find that here. I might be being critical by saying this, however, I feel that this is a tourist tr
