Sublime Comporta ★★★★★

"The whole experience is totally off relatively to price and 5 stars of the hotel. Service spotty. Many rooms lack any privacy. You have to ask multiple times to get anything. Restaurants within the property are overpriced by any standard. The grounds are nice but the overall experience is not what you pay for. The cherry of the cake was the beach, where in theory you have a reserved area. Chairs are available for guests o. A first come, first serve basis. That’s the theory as we learned because we came and found out many chairs had been booked by “very special guests”. Imagine that!!!"

"A beautiful, well-maintained property with lots of details taken care of. Very friendly staff. Pools are gorgeous. Breakfast is terrific, lots of options. Dinner feels unnecessarily expensive. Location is great. Highly recommend!"

Spatia Comporta ★★★★

"We stayed in a two-bedroom villa as two families of three, and it was perfect. The villa was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed—including a huge TV where we got to watch Wimbledon. It also had its own private pool, which was a big highlight for both the kids and adults. The standout feature was the staff—everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, which really made our stay special. A big thanks especially to Tiago, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond. If you’re visiting with children, the villas are a fantastic option. Room service was quick and smooth, and the whole setup made us feel very much at home. The hotel is ideally located—just 15 minutes from the beaches and 10 minutes from Carvalhal. A perfect base to explore the area. We’d absolutely come back!"
