Holiday Inn Express SAN JUAN CONDADO by IHG ★★★

"The room is damp...the breakfast is disappointing...there is nothing to eat...I don't want to stay in the room. The hotel is overall low"

La Concha Resort, Puerto Rico, Autograph Collection ★★★★

"Mix of work meetings with vacation"

Canario Boutique Hotel ★★

"The location is good, just a few steps to the beach and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. But the room experience is extremely poor! There was no hot water the first night, there were ants in one of the beds and there were mosquitoes in the room. After the response the next morning, the hot water and ant problems were solved, but the mosquitoes replied that there was no mosquito killer and there was nothing they could do. On the third night, I had a different front desk lady and changed the room. But the room lighting is very dim."

Hilton Garden Inn San Juan Condado ★★★★

"The hotel's shower gel dispenser was empty when we arrived, and we only realized it halfway through our shower. We tried to call the front desk, but the phone was broken. We had to go downstairs and talk to them in person. There was road construction near the lobby when we arrived, making it difficult to get a taxi."

Casa del Caribe Inn ★★

Condado Vanderbilt Hotel ★★★★★

"Great hotel"

HiBird- Apartment and Suites Hotel ★★★★

"We had difficulty finding the hotel at first. Street signs are not prevalent in San Juan. Once we contacted the front desk they were very helpful. The suite was comfortable and clean. The pool was warm and the hot tub suitably hot. It was not crowded at night. The onsite restaurant was very good. The staff were very helpful with getting taxis. The only negative was some early morning noise from the construction site next door."
